Tbh I can see why people would like this place, if they fixed their flaws they'd be perfect but there is still some serious issues with this place that should be accounted for before actually ordering from this place.

First of all the food, it's -okay- that's all it is. The food my husband and I have had here is not the worst we've had, but we've definitely had better. I would have panda express instead tbh. The food here is okay flavor wise but the actual meat has a lot of gristle.

Second the customer service, they were rude over the phone and pushy when we got our food. When we were ordering the employee sounded like we were wasting his time and even tried to cut off the order after each item we asked for.

Thirdly after getting, receiving, and paying for the food they still forgot something from our order. We called them to let them know and after some back and forth they asked to take down our number but didn't offer any compensation for the trouble. They just apologized and hung up.

All in all it wasn't a fun experience, we'd only return for the sliced pork and almond cookies they offer. I'd say this is a hard pass, I would suggest going to King House in Ellsworth instead, they are a family run restaurant that have more food for a cheaper price and it tastes...

Honestly, the food is great. But the customer service could definitely improve. We put in an order and arrived about 10 minutes after the food pickup time. When we walked in the door, an employee was sitting at the table. We stood at the counter for a good minute before he even acknowledged we walked in. Then proceeded to confirm our order and then make us wait 30 minutes for our food. If they were busy I would understand. Clearly that wasn't the case. Good luck ordering anything. I got double charged for no reason and couldn't get through to the lady to resolve it as she acted like she couldnt speak English in the slightest. Not even close. I can read between the accent but this was just unreal. Can't even order the right food, or the right price, prices online are not accurate. They make up there own price and hope you get sick of trying to figure it out and just say whatever. Basically like I had to do. Stay away from this place.
