Jamba — Restaurant in Riverbank

The wait is entirely too long. I can't count how many times, I've sat there for 15 minutes plus. I've seen countless cars pull out line and drive away. Their back door is next to the screen where you pull up and place your order and I have to say it's absolutely unsanitary. The side walk outside the back door is stained partially with some garbage spillage. Girls at the window shove a huge tablet through the drive thru window toward your face that is displaying what you want to tip them. I'm all about tipping but when I waited for 15 plus minutes for two smoothies, that is not going to happen .. Something need to happen with management/ leadership otherwise their going to run this Jamba into the ground. We beg you, please have someone from corporate come in...

Favorite Jamba Juice around the Valley! Not all Jamba’s are created equally. This particular location is always well kept, fast, and friendly. They are pretty consistent, I especially like the simply carrot, and ginger lemon cayenne shot for the win. The only reason I gave 4 stars was for the poor packaging of wheatgrass and ginger shots. Once you pry the plastic off they spill your precious little juice everywhere. Even as careful as one can be you cannot get these off without spilling. Yet, still marvelous and worth...

Being a former employee at this Jamba. I want to let the community know Don’t Order “Fresh O.J” it’s not fresh at all!! 🙅‍♀️. The juice machine they use to make the oj is filthy. The spout the juice comes out of always has build up bacteria and mold 🤮🤮. No body cares , kids work there. I had to get out of there!! I was one of the managers that actually cared about cleanliness and the health of guest!!! Not just this location but every Jamba’s oj machine guaranteed is molded and caked in bacteria 🦠!!...
