The lady at the counter was rude over the phone. Here is my issue. I called the phone number that was on the bannet to try to place the order. The lady at the counter who took the phone call rudely and abruptly stated we don't do phone orders and when you come in you're required to wear a mask I politely replied okay. when I got inside, I place my order she was polite and professional during the process of the transaction. when I was done placing my order I went around looking to see if there's a place to sit down and there was no place to sit down other than just a few select benches. I decided that I would just leave. as I was proceeding towards the the door oh, I was going to set my tray down I proceeded to the trash can area to set my tray down. after I set my tray down, the lady looks over at me and treats me like I'm a child speaking condescendingly to me saying you can set your tray down you're not supposed to take it with you I looked over at her and I told her ma'am I know this I just set my tray down so I can pick up my bag and then see made this face like the wolf willingly wanted to ignore what I was saying back to her that's why I'm upset not the fact that maybe there could have been a misunderstanding but it was her attitude of unprofessionalism to the customer. I think that this lady needs to coached by themanager on how to treat customers. If this ever happens again I will never eat at this...
Read moreFirst visit about 1 mos ago, we ordered Teriyaki Chicken, but the servers told us we needed to wait for the next batch to come out. So, we paid and sat down to wait. We then saw the new chicken come out of the kitchen, put in the big bowl, and served to people who were in line behind us. After we waited 20 min with another batch served to others, we asked about our order and were told "yours is up next"... hum. Tried again tonight... since the in-store visit was awful, tried using the Panda app. Tried repeatedly to sign in, had to use the "guest" option, selected our order, put payment in, arrived at store and no order was received. Have no idea if my credit card will be charged for food we did not receive, but at this point, will not go to Panda ever again. Stopped at the local Chinese food place instead. Too much time wasted on many...
Read moreMy husband and I came in to order food and were greeted by Marlen as we started to place our order, she then told us to “wait one second” so that she could take the order of a white woman who entered the establishment AFTER us. I asked her if it was policy to take The order of first customers or second customers, to which she replied she assumed that the woman who came in had to pick up order hints why we were treated secondly. I attempted to call and speak to a manager to rectify the situation before posting this review but no one answered the phone. Marlen is very Rude and needs to be retrained in hospitality and customer service. And if you are racist you might need to practice on how to hide it better and not have it appear...
