El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Riverbank

The dining area is dirty, trash is all over the floors and the tables are littered with ripped straw wrappers. None of the tables were wiped, they all had crumbs or liquid spills. The beverage area is also dirty with lots of dried up spills. The floor looks like it hasn't been swept and mopped in a while. You have to ask the employees to clean the table before you sit because otherwise they won't do it. The Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl is a rip off, it had hardly any chicken and the chicken that was there was just pieces of fat. It had more beans than anything, honestly the bowl should just be called a "Grande Bean Bowl". Specifically, the meal I ordered was a huge letdown. The employees need to clean the dining area because this location is going downhill very fast even though they opened...

I specifically asked what meat was in their chicken quesadilla, dark or white meat the server said dark and I asked if they could make it with brest meat to which he stated yes but it would cost more. I said that’s fine.. lo and behold when I get home , it is a combination of dark and white meat. Which tells me they did not make a fresh order but just threw in some brest meat in a previously made quesadilla....

It's a great place to eat. And I finally got my Pollo loco here in Riverbank I pursued the manager in Modesto for almost 3 years asking him when they were going to bring one to Pollo loco to Riverbank thank you for doing that for community which I see it's always full and the drive-thru is crazy but the food is great thank you again Pollo loco for bringing your facilities to Riverbank thank you...
