Starbucks — Restaurant in Riverdale Park

The Black and Brown baristas are really inviting and welcoming. The other baristas are not friendly whatsoever. I come here often to study, but I’ve noticed the other baristas are not personable. I also noticed when I order things from the other baristas and add water to my list of items they never give me it. I have to politely ask them again. I also noticed when ordering from the other baristas I have to constantly repeat my order to them because they seem to never quite hear me I’m assuming. Staff was nice but my Frappuccino was not good. I was excited to have one because I haven’t had it in a while. It was full of ice crystals and I couldn’t even sip it with the straw. So basically I paid almost $6 for a mild flavored cup of ice crystals with whip cream on top. Won’t be back to any Starbucks again. The coffee drinks are not the same anymore. This is not the first time this happened, I stayed away a long time because the Frappuccino at other stores were bad, I came back hoping I would get a really good one like I used to get years ago but still got the same, lousy cup of coffee flavored...

The staff here are so incredibly friendly and professional. A special shout out to Sudon (sorry on the spelling!) who always provides exceptional service. I went to another Starbucks and they made my drink incorrectly THREE times. I couldn't bear to go back and ask them to remake it again so I went here and explained the situation to Sudon in hopes that maybe he would remake it for me -- and he did!
