I went to the drive thru tonight to get my usual, a medium oreo milkshake. After ordering, I was given the amount and told to drive around. When I got to the window, I was told the amount I needed to pay and I handed the cashier my card. She gave my card back and then handed me a brownie cupfection. I told her I didn’t order that. I told her what I ordered and she asked me if I was sure. I told her yes I’m sure. I told her I don’t even eat the brownie cup. I always go there for the same thing. I didn’t understand why she was acting as if I was lying or didn’t know what I ordered. She turned around and spoke with another employee and she acted as if I was lying. Like I made a mistake. I gave her my card back to give me the refund. Also to pay for the milkshake. She gave me the card along with the milkshake. Something told me to go on my bank app to see if the money was returned and it wasn’t. So I asked her if she did the refund? She told me to hold on and turned to speak with the person she spoke with before, and that person went to get a manager. The manager came over and completed the refund. I couldn’t believe that she tried to pretend as if she gave me the refund, but didn’t. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been going here for years. I think they need to be retrained. Read moreWere do I start??? I would like to put 0 STAR I went to this location for blizzards for my kids and I I ordered 1 tropical blizzard, 1 cookie and cream and a caramel sundae. After sitting there eating my tropical blizzard I noticed it was only bananas, ice cream and pecans! I went up to the register ask cashier what type of blizzard did he make me he told me I asked for only banana and ice cream! ( Which was a LIE!!!) after speaking with him I told him that’s not what I ordered he told me he would make it over.... Management came up to me and told me they were out of pineapple and coconut!!!! Clearly not if the customer is back. His attitude and unprofessionalism left a bad taste in my mouth so I requested my money back. The money was given change back only to realize when I got in the car he didn’t give me all my money back. I goes back in and his excuse is that he was busy which now the other manager is being unprofessional. At the end of the day, I am still a customer whether you are busy or not and you’re not giving me my correct change has nothing to do with your professionalism and customer service etiquette as managers.
