Dunkin' — Restaurant in Riverdale

I came to this store and there was a gentleman in front of me waiting to order. He was waiting and looking for someone to take his order but nobody seemed to be there. After waiting for a bit, he decided that it wasn’t worth it and left. When I got up to the counter, I looked around and found that there were two employees sitting on the ground behind the counter in a spot to try and hide from customers. They were on their phones and I waited about five minutes, trying to see if they were going to look up over the counter but they didn’t. I ordered a large macchiato by using my reward. When I picked up my drink, I thought the cup wasn't the large size. But I thought that they wouldn't make such a mistake. Later I checked the size of the cup underneath and it was 24oz. It is an unbelievable mistake. I went back and asked them if the cup is the large size. They accepted their mistake and offered me to make another macchiato. However, I would not be able to drink another one. I simply did not accept. I am so disappointed that they make such a mistake. Every time I come here they do a phenomenal job with my drinks. I order ahead and ordered in person before or after I finish my shopping. They make great lattes and shaken espressos.
