Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I went in to place my order because the drive thru was backed up. A lady by the name of lashanda took my order atleast that’s the name on my receipt as no one would tell me her name and she wasn’t wearing a badge. I ordered 2 number 4’s she said I ordered number 3’s no food had been made at this point. Maybe it was my mistake maybe it was hers. Instead of fixing it she calls the manager over and proceeds in berating me and acting like her job was to much to have to change the order. Then she proceeded into asking after every order if I was sure that’s what I wanted. I ask to see the manager. She goes to the kitchen and starts to tell him that I threw the money at her and didn’t know what I wanted and kept changing my order. I simple tossed my money on the counter. No money was ever thrown at her. I should have taken my 40.00 and made her cancel the entire order and went somewhere that appreciates my business. The manager comes over and they proceed into arguing loudly in front of everyone about wether or not I was wrong or she was. After repeatedly asking loudly so they could hear me for my change and my cups they finally stopped. After being a business owner in the area for the past 24 years and visiting this establishment many times over those years I have never ever been treated the way every single person in that building reacted except one.there was one woman that treated me fairly and was above and beyond with her customer service. I hope that you get better help and train your employees to have better customer service skills. Lashanda is an old soul that knows how to treat people better than she does. I will be back to see if there has been a change. Hopefully lashanda gets some training and learns how to treat the very people that keeps her employed so she can pay her bills. Read moreI don’t know of any words that will truly and adequately describe the awful encounter I experienced while patronizing this location. There was no professionalism, customer service, or courtesy displayed by the employees this morning. I ordered 2 bowls of grits, one with shredded cheese and 4 side orders of bacon. In the bag, the separate order of plain grits was packaged separately and the cheese grits were put in a tray with the bacon, however, the cheese grits were topped with eggs. The bag was handed to me sideways by the staff member and neither containers in the bag were closed, therefore, the bag was filled with hot grits that spilled out. I nicely asked for my order to be corrected, since I do not eat eggs, have an allergy to eggs, and frankly did not order eggs. The eggs were also on top of the bacon, but I just asked for a bowl of cheese grits instead of asking for everything else to be made over (could give the eggs and grits to my daughter my daughter). I was given a bowl of plain grits instead of cheese grits and one of the staff members had the unmitigated gall to close the drive through window on me after I asked for my order to be corrected via a refund since my order was not correct after my attempts at a compromise of just a bowl of cheese grits. I waited about 3-5 minutes for someone to come back to the window while the employee who closed the window on me stood at the register pretending to ignore me while saying vulgarities about me to the other staff….as if I was in the wrong. It took a great deal of restraint on my part to drive away after one staff member told me I should receive a refund in 24 hours but there’s no proof he could provide me of a refund and said that I should come back tomorrow if I don’t receive the refund. Read moreI usually go by this Krystal's every Friday and get their large fries for a dollar. I went back today there was only one car in line and I ordered two large fries fresh and the cashier was very polite and telling me to drive to the window when I drove to the window the other car drove off so I was the only one sitting at the window so she told me just stay right there. Another cashier came up and said I need you to park and I told her do I really need to because twice you guys have forgotten that I was out there waiting on fries. So I pulled up and weighted then I went inside and the manager came to the counter and she was extremely rude I don't know if she was the breakfast manager shift manager or restaurant manager but whatever she was she really setting a bad example for customer service in front of her employees I was trying to explain to her that I've been there twice before and had to wait and they forgot me and I didn't see why I had to pull up if there were no cars in the drive thru. She was over talking me and being very nice nasty and it really upset me I don't think that I'll ever go back to this Krystal's again. If this is the best that Krystal's can do in hiring management then you guys really need to give them a class on customer service! I will tell all of my friends do not go to this Krystal's!
