Sunday night me five 14 teen yrs was celebrating son birthday. We left six flags late and decided to just get McDonald's on the way home. I had to drop these kids off so they can get ready for school the next day. So pull in the drive thru. No rush at all. So we finally get to the mic the woman get on there . And tell us to hold on , so we waited until she was ready. She got back on and said they short staffed cool. She asked for my order. I said 4 $5 dollar meals. I asked could you just put them in separate bags cause boys are all going to different houses. So a man got on the mic and said , im no slave out of nowhere, and repeat it several times. Me and the boys was caught of guard. The lady also said you heard what he said and asked do I still want the order. I said yes we been waiting for a while. So I proceed to pull around to the first window. She was terrible to us. I asked was that the police just you are short staffed. She slam the window door in my face. The kids notice and asked why is she being so mean to us. I told them she don't suppose to act like that to customer. So came back asked do I still want the order. So I asked for a manger ! No one never showed up. Im puzzle about what's going on. We pull up to the next window to get the food. I notice a man came to the window and I heard his voice. I asked was he the manager. He said yes and asked did she say he is was not a slave. He said yes! I told him yes shouldn't say stuff like that. I have young men in the car that I'm trying to teach the right way. He start going off telling we better leave. When a couple the boys notice he had gun on his hip. Lifting his shirt up just where we can see it. He shouldn't never be working this job on 3rd shift. If he can't handle it and a manager on top of it. I been trying to find to GM i been calling no answer. I know first shift the bosses be in. I work first. This was Sunday. Read moreStopped here at 5 pm on Dec 25th to make a purchase(never happened) was in the drive thru for about 20 minutes(very busy) but anyway on the outer drive thru side,no one asks could they take my order however I did notice that the inner side was being waited on and driving around to pay,I sat patiently waiting and after about 5 minutes I began to say hello( nothing) so I got out line and pulled along side of the vehicle that was at the first window paying( I waited for what appeared to be the manager to finish with the customer only to have her put her hand up to me as if to say one moment when I just wanted to simply know if I had to come inside or go to the inner side drive thru to place my order)never got an answer mind you the cars that were in front of me placed their orders with no problem( I know it's Christmas day and they may have been just swamped or understaffed)so I got back in line only to experience the same situation and this has been the case with this particular McDonald's for me like twice before in the past,the customer service is not professional at all,the woman in the first window was wearing a black sleep bonnet on her head underneath the headset and when I pulled out of line the second time it appeared to be another employee outside( a cook) on a smoke break not properly uniformed,this is bad for business, I know people deserve to have a break( not against it)and again i know it's...
Read moreThis place took about 45 minutes to go through the drive-thru, I am an Uber driver and I had a uber Rider that requested to go to this location and it took 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru and there was about five or six cars in front of us, they were out of Sprite for kids Happy Meals, they were out of fruit punch for kids Happy Meals, they gave us stale fries in which I spoke up as the driver for the rider and got her fresh fries because she offered to buy me a chicken sandwich. Overall, horrible experience and we both said that we would never go back to this location ever again. When I told the people working there that this was an Uber trip and that we were both having to pay to sit there, we sat at the drive-thru window waiting for our food for 10 minutes, it was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen and they wouldn't do anything except give us some fresh fries because they were almost done after making up a lie saying they had to clean out the deep fryer. They don't do that when there's a big rush, I worked at McDonald's for one month, that's something they tell people so that they will back off but it's not true.
