Bionic Burger — Restaurant in Riverside Township

Well today's visit was not as good as previous visits. I'm not sure if they have a new cook or if they have changed the way they make there hamburgers. Or it could be a combination of both. Today I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with chili and grilled onions and a order of onion rings. The hamburger patties seem to have been the preformed frozen kind. And possibly not cooked when ordered but pre-cooked and then reheated or just way over cooked. I came to this conclusion because even with chili on the burger the meat was dry. While I was waiting for my burger to be made another customer was having his food brought to him. After he looked at his burger to see if it was correct, he had to send it back as it was made wrong. I ask him about it and he said it was not the first time he had to send one back at this location. There were not a lot of people inside or outside eating at the time I was there. The front cashier was very courteous taking my order as well as her dealings with the customer who had to send his burger back.

I may or may not visit this establishment again unless it is to get a Milkshake.

Oh I almost forgot, the Onion rings seem to be different now as well. They weren't to bad. But the Onion rings I have had in the past at this location were just incredibly good.

This Bionic Burger used to be my favorite place to go for a good burger but I dont know what happened since my last visit! The burger was like a thin flat hockey puck with no flavor, more bun than meat! I ordered onion rings, there must be supply chain issue with the onion rings, the few that I was given had great flavor but for what you pay for them there was maybe 6 to 7 in the basket! The price does not reflect the amount you are given! They always give you a ton of fries with each order, how about doing the same for the onion rings, you pay extra for the rings! The floors and tables were disgustingly dirty and sticky, the place had more than enough help to clean tables and how about running a broom over the floor once in awhile! I doubt that I will go or bring anyone to this place again, I was thoroughly disappointed in what I got for the price! One more thing, the malt/milkshake machine looked like it had not been cleaned in sometime, there was splatter all over the outside and the inside of the plastic...

When you order a completely Toasted Bun and you tell him you want a tablet toasted this is the only place besides one restaurant downtown that I have ever found that they can actually toast a hamburger bun, every place you go and ask for this he just gets toasted the 8th and around the edge and the rest of us from there inside across is not even touched and they call that toasted but, the people at bionic Burger in Haysville did exactly what I wanted they heavily toasted the bun and toasted it clear across not just on the 8 of an inch Edge they done real good they did exactly what I wanted my onion rings were perfect just like I want them and they done a real good job I'm real proud of him and I tell the waitress to tell the cook he is a unique person because he knows how to toast a piece of damn bread when nobody else can I recommend these people highly and they do do a good job all the time it's just too bad every other hamburger place or restaurant in town can't do the same simple toasting the...
