Breakfast with la Pasadita — Restaurant in Riverside Township

My new favorite breakfast spot. If you live in Wichita and are tired of getting sub par food, make the drive. Everything is cooked to order and the food is phenomenal. The owner is so sweet and let's you try things, while waiting. You don't have to ask, she just brings things out. I cannot wait to try something new. I told my husband, this will be our go to Sunday spot. I had the chicken fried steak, cheesy potatoes, and scrambled eggs. Everything was perfection. Those potatoes are delicious. My husband had biscuits and gravy with bacon and eggs over easy. It was the first time a place ever cooked eggs over easy correctly. He liked the bacon because it was crispy. Haysville is lucky to have this place! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I've never been disappointed. My husband always gets the steak breakfast burrito which is huge, and comes with salsa on the side. I love their Carne asada street tacos. The corn tortillas they use are unlike any other place in haysville/surrounding towns. The only downside is the inside is a bit small, so getting a to go order seems to be a better option. However, their outside patio area is relaxing on a nice day. They've got the fake grass, patio tables/chairs, and an assortment of plants/decor. First time in. The waitress that took our order gave me a bottle instead of the fountain drink I ordered. Then I ordered the burrito platter and she wrote down burrito plate a separate dish on the menu. I corrected her and she seemed new like she didn't know the menu. When she brought out the order she forgot my meal but brought my wife's. Then she brought mine out and it was a single burrito cut in half. I told her it couldn't be mine I had the platter and where were my sides. She apologized and then brought it back to me said yes this was the platter she just forgot my sides.
