The menu is very limited like everyone else said. There are two sauces Cain's (thousand) sauce or Honey Mustard sauce. Do not like either. Plus, do not ask to substitute anything!! The order taker looked at us, like we totally threw her off her script when we explained we did not want the cole slaw for the 4 piece. I mean, all we did was tried to explain we just DID NOT want it. After 2 minutes of explaining ourselves, we just went with the 3 piece instead (which did not have the cole slaw with it). Everything is very overpriced for a small amount of food, I am not sure how anyone in the area will make this a "place to go" kind of place. Explaining that we did not want the Cane's Sauce took another minute. A little bit frustrating. The Chicken breading was good, but the pieces were small I thought I was eating a sampler, not a $7 meal. There was just one type of chicken, no spicy no original, etc. I am not sure if there is ketchup or hot sauce for the fries. Was not offered nor did not see it on the menu. Highlight: the lemonade was great. Really clean inside, not sure why the cashier area was so far in the corner, I can see this be a problem when ordering food if this location got busy.. Not sure how this restaurant will get around the fact Chick fil a is down the street with an offering of multiple sauces, multiple types of chicken offerings (spicy/regular). Too much of a headache, will not go back but at least I can say I tried it!

There's one thing I can say about Canes, the amount food that was previously served before "inflation" started has remained the same. It's fried chicken straps, shouldn't taste that much different but it is good in my opinion. The chicken on the other hand, the size is a hit or miss. There's a time I got huge strips, and another time I got chicken wing size. Now for the downside. I cannot understand a $12 price tag for 4 chicken strips, small fry, small bread, and a medium drink. One thing to keep mind, remember all those signs were hiring for $15 plus dollars an hour? Yup..you guessed it, those new hourly wages have been incorporated into the cost of food. Now for the drink. If you haven't noticed your receipts from other restaurants, fountain drinks have increased well over 50% in cost. However, Canes for example will fill your cup with nearly 40% of ice leaving very little of soda. Be prepared to spend $60 plus for a family of atleast 5. Best go to a sit down restaurant and spend a little more.

First time at this Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers and certainly not our last. Raising Cane's simple menu allows easy orders and quick service. I think only thing lacking was not having lemonade refills alongside the iced tea. This is a great deal for fountain drink lovers... however we try to stay away from soda. Ordered a kids meal and Chicken sandwich with fries. Sandwich has three well sized chicken fingers wedged between a bun, I found it a bit dry. Although after reading comments, I should have asked for a side coleslaw. Next visit I'll ask for that and their dipping sauce to help keep it juicy. Chicken is crispy nevertheless and fries fresh so the food was a well earned four star. The staff here was great, easy to get along with and the clean up crew was busy keeping the dining area spotless. This is one of the cleanest Raising Cane's I've visited.

I'm not one to write bad reviews especially for canes because its usually a good experience. But i just had to. Last night Nov 3, 2021 Went to drive through and the girl taking orders was extremely rude. I understand we all had bad days, I've worked in costumer service so i understand and always try to be understanding and patient with workers but this girl was rude from the get go. I was ordering and i guess she couldn't hear me very well so she kept telling me she couldn't hear me in a very annoyed way. Even the first time she told me. I would've understood if she was rude after the 3rd or more times but no. So then she kept saying she couldn't hear me so i spoke a louder, mind you i was never rude or gave a rude tone but i guess she took it that way. Once i was done speaking the girl literally yelled in a very aggravated tone asking me if that was all. It was a lot more rude than it sounds through writing but yeah, if customer service and dealing with customers isn't what you wanna do then you should seriously consider another job. Now i get it most people don't like customer service but if you are not competent enough to even fake it, then just leave...

Stopped into Raising Cane's today as it was a place that I had passed and wanted to try. I found the chicken tenders to be very nice juicy chicken- light batter dipped... crinkle-cut fries were good nothing special coleslaw was okay but really nothing to write home about. I enjoyed their dipping sauce which is basically like thousand island dressing without pickles in it so that was good for dipping. I also received a packet of Louisiana hot sauce from the girl at the front counter to put on the chicken because I like a little extra spice which went very well with the tenders I must say. The Texas toast was soft and enjoyable. It should be noted that the soda fountain had the syrup mixed very incorrectly as it was very thin and light on taste... so I would go for a lemonade or one of their other drinks. All in all- a good experience- clean place and the food was good for fast food..... well you know ...what do you want for just under 9 bucks?? I would say I prefer a place like PDQ for chicken tenders as they have more sauce choices and...
