Boba Cafe — Restaurant in Riverside

I used to be a regular here. One time ordered my regular drink (MANGO/lychee boba milk tea) and this time I went with extra large cup. When I took first sip it tasted like pure mango syrup, the sweetness would hurt your taste buds. I went back and told them about it, they pretended to have changed it just gave the bottle back….it was the exact same thing and no changes made in it and just scammed me, I noticed it was the same thing so I went to order a completely new one and paid again, this time it was okay and tasted like it should have. And then they revealed that they didn’t change the previous one but mixed it with more milk tea (which still tasted the same so imagine how much syrup the first had). I got my new drink and gave the other one to a lady who wanted to know about the boba. Would never buy from them again. They need to stop feeding people with plain syrups (whatever that sweetness was) or at least take the right actions instead...

The BEST pre-made tea I have had. Strong and sweet. Loved it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to strong tea drinkers tired of weak tea, fake Tea etc. I was highly impressed that they use real honey as well.. Good tasting 🍯honey! I liked their price is reasonable.. The cool vibe atmosphere of the place and nice person there. I thought the food a bonus. I'm sure they can make less sweet or less strong if you like. I asked. That said, those wanting a whole assorted variety of boba including gel fruit types can go out into same shopping center. I am happy to say both shops were great experiences. However only this one did I get a beverage I found I could enjoy. I had to try and fix the other one, I but not right strength, sweet honey and cream. I will say my friend likes it better but we have different tastes. Go to this cafe! Learn what tea cafe and boba should be! Not weak, not mushy stuff... Really really...

I am actually head of few people, they gave me my noodles last, and when I Asked for vinegar, the girl told me they don't have it. And when I asked for slice lemon, they told me they don't have it. And then I asked for a bowl to mix the soup and noodles. They told me they don't have it too. & So awkward. And the noodle soup so salty to eat. I need to added extra water to make it taste better to eat. I am so starving for whole day , so anyway I just waste my money and eat a trash food. This is definitely not acceptable for Chinese restaurants. We Chinese people are nice to people, a noodle restaurant should at least have vinegar and soy sauce. Gosh! Don’t go if you you don’t want to pay for unhappy.🙁 I came back to fill my bottle, and I heard the young lady asked other customers where I go~should I tell her to get a leaving...
