The young woman working the desk on 7-17-15 ruined our impression of Dynasty Suites. We will never stay there again, I'd check in at motel 6 to avoid such rude behavior.
The room was clean except for the pillows, they were old, flat, and dirty.
We asked for new pillows, we're told "no" they didn't have any.
We asked to have our pillows switched with a different room not in use. Her response was exactly this... "And what leavebother guests with bad pillows?"
What the heck?
Why on earth did she want us to be stuck with those pillows?
I asked for the corporate HQ #, she lied and told me there was none.
I asked for #'s from their business license because they had it hanging behind the glass in a way customers can't see, read, or access it.
I used my cell phone to capture a picture of it and she tried to block me, and told me I wasn't allowed to have that information.
I went back to the Comfort Inn hotel we had stayed at the night before (which was booked full) to ask why they recommended that place, they provided me with the corporate info on Dynasty Suites.
I went back to Dynasty and informed their rude, mean, and nasty clerk I caught her in bold face lies!
She continued her lies right to my face saying something about pillows in the dryer, she had never mentioned them before. I told her straight to her face she was a liar while reminding her she told us "they didn't have pillows".
A few minutes later our room phone rang, it was the office telling my mom she could "come get" different pillows, when mom took the pillows from our room in there she told my mom there was nothing wrong with our pillows, but gave her two more anyway.
I was in town to handle the crossing over of my mom's brother, the blast thing we needed was a (bleep) treating us the way this woman did.
10 nights down the street at Comfort Inn and not one complaint about anything, Comfort Inn offered stellar customer Service, when we return in 5 weeeks I will assure we have reservations at Comfort Inn.
I wouldn't stay at any Dynasty Suites ever again because the treatment we recieved is allowed or that woman...
Read moreThis place was absolutely horrible. Nothing like its reviews. Felt bad from the beginning had to press a ring camera to even get into the lobby made me feel like I was somewhere not safe. Then when I got inside there was a language barrier. We got through that easily but when I got to the room I was distracted by the outdatedness and the dirty decorative pillow. Moved that onto the weird material couch and just sat at the end of the bed. Turned on the tv and it just kept shutting off and restarting. Called for them to fix it and the language barrier was a problem again. It was the lady and a young man that came up and the young man had an attitude and said maybe it’s already fixed. They probably reset the signal before coming up. We showed them the hole on the door frame that looks like water or termite damage. Then after realizing this is where me and my husband where staying and we were just going to roll with it cause it was to late for other options. The next morning 9/1/25 we always take off the blankets to make sure they actually get washed and we were beyond disgusted with what we found on the mattress cover not the mattress protector that was on top but under that was the pictures above. When leaving my man went to give them the key card and there was a cockroach in the service window tray and the lady flicked it out of the tray right in front of my man. Read moreOn Saturday March 12th I had the worst experience I have ever had. I was harassed by the Maintenance guy who went to look inside my car, for God knows what reason. Maybe steal from me? Not sure! The women at the front desk was so rude and said my service dog was not trained and was so unprofessional because she had not been there the night before to check us in and she saw my well trained dog come down stairs. I told her I would send her proof of my service animal since I have him for to personal reasons. She said she could buy a service dog patch online and that I was lying and all I kept saying was I will send you the proof, mind you my dog is house trained and if you went in the room you would have never guess he has been in there. The harassment from both the front desk lady and the maintenance guy was like nothing I have ever experience. I give them 0 stars, my dog stays at all the hotels even if dogs are not allowed because he is a service animal and I need him. Please don’t stay, I am from Moreno Valley, I was visiting family wish we stayed with Saturday and on. Only needed the room one night and it was the worst experience. I was treated horribly and will contact BBB. I paid $100 deposit that I’m not sure if I will get back but if this place steals from me, I will make a bigger deal.
