To ask a simple question at this location will always grant the response “we’re really busy”
I am a FAN of Dunkin’ Donuts, but sadly as time goes on my heart aches for the lack of true genuine customer service & willingness to assist that I will have to just completely stop being a patron at this location.
This store like many companies I.e Starbucks, Biggby and your local coffee shops remain busy in the morning. It’s coffee & donuts. You will always be busy in the mornings. That’s a great position to be in for business ! It means you have customers coming to spend their disposable income, in turn keeping the store open & afloat, in turn generating a pay check to Workers and earnings to shareholders
Along with the busyness though comes extreme chaos at this particular location giving a less than 1.5 star experience. Busy and chaotic are two totally different things.
As a customer there never seems to be a process that one can understand how their flow works for pick up mobile orders , dashes, & ordering in.
Ive never been greeted here with a smile nor ever acknowledged when I come through the door. Their attitudes give off “we could care less”. The body language is everything and by the looks of it, the workers hate their job. What is going on in the high ups?
I simply had a question about my order as I stood for 6-8 mins trying to see what the process was before I even asked.
I told the young lady who walked past me twice, “hey I’m here for a door dash pick up” & immediately I was told “it’s really busy we’re working on it”…. Not a “ok what’s the name I’ll check” or “when the order is ready it’ll be here” ….No I was immediately given “it’s really busy”
Hey that’s fine I’m just asking a simple question for understanding. There’s no reason to meet your gust with friction.
It’s the same when I am a customer for myself and same when I pick up Door Dashes. I have been here maybe more than the average consumer being a door dasher. I want to make it clear I consume here as well so I see how I am treated as customer and dasher; the same.
You guys aren’t really busy, it’s just chaotic because processes do not seem to be defined therefore workers are tired or burnt out, in turn not being very hospitable to the guests inside.
All companies can be busy. I told the young lady “Love I know you guys are busy, I’m just asking a simple question”
Her response “you’re good”
She didn’t even understand. It’s sad. I see why companies are going under and why AI is being pushed so heavy.
I say all this to say, you will not feel welcomed if that’s something you care about.

Read moreI’ve never had an issue with this location until literally just now when the clearly miserable young lady at the window went non verbal and threw a hissy fit all because I politely asked if I could add two ice waters to my order of an iced coffee and an avocado toast. Also nobody was behind us in line so there was absolutely no reason for her to get so rude like she did. She wouldn’t even answer me when I asked for two ice waters at the window and rolled her eyes dramatically. Then after I got my three drinks she threw me two straws and slammed the window shut as I was politely trying to say “oh wait ma’am!” She finally came back to the window and got mad that I needed three straws since I have three drinks. I still said thank you when I was driving away and she just ignored me and starred at me so angrily. I cannot imagine being that horribly lazy and miserable that I get pissed off like it’s a big deal someone added a damn ice water to their order. That is...
Read moreOn Saturday morning around 8:40, I placed a mobile order and added 1 bismark donut when I got to the speaker. Before taking a bite of the donut, I noticed the filling was more ivory than white. I split it open and it was a Boston cream donut. I went back to Dunkin and walked inside instead of the drive-thru. I was not greeted, instead I had to tell the two young women standing on the other side of the register complaineing to one another to finish their conversation another time that I had an issue and it needed to be addressed. The associate that did help seemed irritated that I told them they could talk later and that she had to stop the conversation. No apologizes for the inconvenience about the donut being the wrong kind or the fact that they were carrying on a conversation while a customer was standing at the counter. I would love to hear back from someone...
