My very first visit there and my last. If I could rate a 0....I would. I went into the location with my son and the guy at the counter seemed annoyed having to even be there...much less to have to wait on me to take my order. I ordered a half dozen donuts and a milk for my boy. I ordered a hot coffee as well. An iced drink was set on the counter by the manager just looking at me… because I didn’t pick it up & the manager was like… Ohhh you wanted it hot. I said yes please... I ordered it hot. He grabbed it off the counter hatefully & very irritated. I then informed him of my experience with the original guy at the counter when ordering. I told the manager that I had just lost my mom a couple days ago...so some kindness and regular courtesy would have been nice. He proceeded to say to me...you don't need to insult him. I only mentioned my experience and how he came across...because I never called him any names, I simply was just telling the manager of my not so good experience. I then proceeded to tell this manager that this was my first time here but it would also be my very LAST visit. He said well GOOD!!!....SO glad you won't be coming back in here. We don't want to wait on you again anyway! WOW!!!! JUST WOW!! I will never walk into any of these shops as long as I live. Ever. Horrible customer service and the donuts were not all that either. Like worker, like manager. The manager was horrible at customer service, so why would any employee there be any better than it’s superior? I’ll never forget this...
Read moreFirst let me say I really like Dunkin’ food. Better than Starbucks on some days. I have met the owner of this place, she does own another one in Corona on Ontario Ave. If you ever see a nice Indian lady in any of them, please address your concerns to her. Hopefully she will take it seriously, reprimand and fired those who are not illustrating good customer service. Because you never know what someone could be going through that day or have been through recently. It took me a while to write as I have been trying to give this particular Dunkin’ a chance to get it right. Some days I’m impressed but then they take 3 steps back with the horrible customer service, nonchalant attitude or forgetting something on mobile order (most times). I’ve definitely gotten attitudes when I made a slight mistake on not asking for almond milk or there was too much ice in my drink, when I’ve ordered numerous times where it’s supposed to be half full. A simple “no problem, we’ll fix it, it happens” with a smile, like Chick-Fil-A does, would be nice. The cooks making the sandwiches are pleasant people but the ones making the drinks, coffee, working the drive-thru or cash register are mostly rude with no personality. This location needs a whole new revamp. Maybe it will happen if the owner takes time to read all the comments and knows she only has to make a few changes with some employees and have better training on...
Read moreI LOVEEEE this Dunkin Donuts!!! I go here (at least) 3 times a week. I know; I can't help it though! The donuts are 'melt in your mouth' addicting and the hot cafe latte (with caramel flavoring, and extra caramel flavoring, with whipped cream) is a must! The people that work at this location, are so sweet and thoughtful. The only issue I have ever had is: the owner (a late middle aged-middle eastern descent) is really REALLY rude. I will wait til she steps away from the register to order. This is, because a couple months ago, I was in line and when I got to the front of the line to order; I was treated like I was a transient and was given zero respect. She said: "Do you need to use the bathroom, because it is locked...so you can be on your way now". Granted, I just woke up and was in my pajamas.... Being judgemental like that to a customer who comes in 3+ times a week (don't judge me..lol); is NO WAY to treat ANYONE! So now when I see she is working: I just wait for someone else. This is so that I don't receive rude comments first thing in the morning. I really don't like having a day based upon being insulted. That is NEVER a good way to start your day. Other than that, the young adults that work there have always got my orders out promptly...
