Was feeling hungry so I stopped by Jack in the box today. Letās just say lilianna ( lady taking window orders, got her name off my receipt) (update her name is destiny) was very very rude my food was $14 and some change. I handed her a $20 and asked āexcuse, me can you tell me how much change. I have the changeā. Her response was very aggressive saying ā well I already input the amountā like are you serious. I just told her to wait and she ignored me. Aggressively gives me my change back and said okay bye thank you with a smerk. I said no I want my food I paid for. She closes the window all aggressive and when she gave me my food she tryās to push it into my hand instead of politely handing me my food and I said Iād like some sauce and she said ā oh, okay which oneā after handing it I told her what is your name because I will be calling your manager you donāt treat any customers that way. she slammed the window.
Iām a regular customer here at this location. Iām in disbelief how I was treated. Especially, that it is Christmas. I worked for customer service and this is not the way to treat anybody. Even if sheās going through personal issues. Donāt we all. Leave that at home. Donāt take it out on customers. I feel very disappointed and disrespected the way she passed me my food and how she didnāt ask if I needed anything else before she was about to slam her window again. I came with my kids how disrespectful of her. Also, if someone asks for your name to report an issue they should give it or even wear name tags. I will be calling the owner and addressing what happen. Customer service is everything.
Side note. If you canāt treat a customer right, the job isnāt for you. Thanks to me and others that go you have a job. Be grateful and treat people...

Avoid using the app. I had attempted to order fries using a promotional offer on your mobile app, but encountered difficulties applying the discount. When I finally arrived at the drive-thru, I specifically requested that my fries be served hot. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the fries were unacceptably cold, as if they had been sitting out for an extended period. The food was inedible in this condition, and I was unable to enjoy my meal. To make matters worse, the drive-thru employees, Raul and Marie, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They argued with me about losing product. when I finally pulled over to see my food. The order was wrong. I ordered a ultimate cheeseburger and got a chicken sandwich. The employees don't care about customer service They're more concerned about wasting food even though they got the order wrong and gave me the wrong sandwich. They just wanted to be right and that's wrong. I don't plan to come back here again. I hope I get my refund online because I just bought food that is uneditable.
Update. I made a complaint on the website provided by the owner. I never received a refund or a call back. I also noticed that the drive-thru worker gave me a fake name. I guess the server was named Miguel S.

I came back to the restaurant and expressed my concerns as it was disgusting and unsanitary. The shift leader (her name was Yahaira) falsified her position and said she was the general manager and that there was no one else above her. She constantly spoke over me and was extremely rude. When I requested a refund and something for the inconvenience she snatched the receipt from me and through the refund money at me. I began to record her and told her that I will be calling corporate because her conduct is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I asked her repeatedly to give me back my receipt and she ignored me as she proceeded to call the police. I will NEVER eat at this location ever again. It is Disgusting, unsanitary and unprofessional!!
