Johnny's Burgers — Restaurant in Riverside

weeeelp here it goes.. so foods good, hamburgers are a lil dry but good onion rings, went thru ordered asked for them to repeat the order when she did I couldn't hear the first part of my order which I wanted to hear because I really didn't want tomatoes and onions on one burger and wanted extra pickles on my pastrami but I heard the last of it which was my drink and TWO onion rings and TWO fries, mind you we couldnt hear the order repeated fully cuz they were talking having a good time in the kitchen which i do not mind at all just get my order right, pulled up to the window and asked to repeat the order again she repeated it AGAIN, TWO onion rings TWO fries and had us pull up front to wait for the food about 15 mins go by and we get the food everything except one order of onion rings is in the bag and to our surprise an EXTRA TWO bags of fries were in there also so I got 4 fries and 1 onion ring. asked them to fix the mistake politely she asked for our receipt and said we weren't charged so she would have to charge me. I apologized for the inconvenience cuz thats how I am and said I'm sorry for your guys mistake but the order was repeated twice with 2 onion rings and 2 fries, so she goes gets someone else to handle the situation, by the way they were nice about it even tho they went back and fourth they were professional and nice but still wanted me to pay for their mistake, the other girl comes out trying again to make me pay for the onion rings they forgot, her other mistake was bringing out THEIR ORIGINAL paper that they wrote down my order on which also had TWO onion rings and TWO fries 😁 so at this point I apologize AGAIN and say so it's clear it's your guys mistake can I get my onion rings she gives up and says fine give me the two EXTRA fries we gave you and I'll get your rings.. waited another 10 mins for the rings left won't be going there again cuz its not like OMG great but the point to this is they did do a back and fourth on a mistake THEY clearly made I mean if a charge/payment REALLY mattered why would they put TWO EXTRA fries in my bag???? fries we didn't ask or pay for??? but over all I didn't like the back and fourth even tho the conversation was nice... I guess lol they really tried hard for the 4$ but point is a mistake is a mistake and as a business if the mistake is yours the making it...

My wife and I went here for lunch hoping to have a good ol fashioned experience. What we found was limited seating, okay good, and sanitary problems. I will add that we have been to this location in the past (2012) and enjoyed the experience and food. However, this last visit might make the return much longer of a wait.

First off, there was a line in the drive thru and inside, so we figured it hadn't changed since the last time we enjoyed it. However, there entire place was filthy....for a restaurant; where people eat food. The outside tables had gunk and dirt on the tabletop (where your hands rest and food sits on). Secondly, they don't offer any sanitization for your hands or table for me to clean it myself. Which I would have gladly done seeing that they were busy.

Then my wife got avocado on her burger, which was about an hour away from being rotten. I didn't taste it, but she took it off of her burger and ended up throwing them away. The burgers were okay, nothing like I experienced last time. Oh, and don't use the bathroom. Looks haunted.

My husband and i come here either to dine in, maybe 2/3 times a month abd have been doing so for about 6 years now and up until recently( as in the last 8 months) we've always ordered the cheeseburger special (burgers are great but i guess we're a bit boring huh 😆 lol) anywho, i recently tried their grilled chicken sandwich( highly recommend), as well as their chicken strips havent tried anything else on the menu. I just thought id get something off my mind but how in the world can i NOT buy chili fries from here id bet theyd be pretty good they sell chili they sell fries and they have cheese so how can u they not offer chili cheese fries. The one time i did ask if they could just make them and charge me 10 bucks that i didnt mind paying that amount they still told me no and their reason is because there isnt a price made for the item i was like well then i guess so . their service is ok seems like a bunch of middle school kids which is a bit odd but it is a mom nd pops type burger place so i guess it makes sense bottom line the food is good and i wish they would sell me chili...
