Stay away from this KFC all! On 07/28/2020, my father, went to your KFC location off Van Buren and Arlington Ave, at 6221 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, CA 92503, at this restaurant my dad suffered from food poisoning we are sure of it due to the symptoms he suffered; stomach cramping, vomiting, and he suffered chills through the night. He had only had oatmeal in the morning, so we know it could not be that since that is his return breakfast. So that fateful Tuesday he ordered the two-piece chicken plate through the drive through took it home and proceeded to eat the food as is. We are needless to say very dissatisfied with the experience at this location. Luckily, the food poisoning took about 24 hours. He recuperated by drinking lots of water once the nausea subsided. We did not take him to the emergency room because of the COVID 19 but if his sickness continued, we would have had no choice.
The irony is I stop eating there due to a bad memory I once had at KFC similar to that of my dads, a long time ago when I was a child my dad took me to a KFC and shortly after I got so sick. Relatively the same experience as my dad did on Tuesday. I reminded my dad why I stopped eating KFC for so many years. He started to remember, so you definitely lost a customer. The sad thing, is my dad loved going there because everyone was friendly he said. I hope that you all would investigations, re-clean and make sure expired food is tossed out. Health before profits! I'm really upset about this I wrote to the BBB and corporate. I tried calling the store and nobody answers the phone. I called nearly about 7 times today 07/31/2020 alone and no one would answer phone. A few times where I allowed it to ring for a while an answering machine with no introduction that would say, “please put in your access code”. This was absolutely ridiculous that I couldn't even contact anyone at this location to make a compliant.
Nevertheless to say I continue to stay away from your brand altogether! Please do the proper checks and balances so no one gets sick (I really am hoping someone from the store...
Read moreI live 2 blocks away from this location I've been there twice to order Kentucky Fried Chicken both have been the worst experience of my life, I ordered the 12 piece chicken dinner which in total waround 45 to $46 in an order with twice, Which were supposed to be 4 piece each, I got home instead of having chicken breasts I have 5 drumsticks, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I went back again and I explained to them what had occurred When I got home this time I have 5 chicken wings, Once again they gave me whatever they felt like giving me for my money stolen acceptable I'll be calling the corporate office soon, Size when I walked in the 2nd time Purchase chicken, Couldn't believe my eyes when I seen one of the employees helping himself to a biscuit right in front of the counter You looked at me and tried to hide it It was too late already, Shouldn't know better right then then but I still gave him the benefit of the doubt but I'm never walking there again and by and I will make my families We are not to go to that location or any friends And if there's any one reading this review I suggest that you go to another Kentucky Fried Chicken and order your food, And this is the night watch most of the things that happen happen at night Managers go home the employees get too comfortable and then I focus on the bigger picture this is a billion dollar business shame on...

Asked how that could be when they had 30 minute notice of the order, and they said they just got the order now. Told them I would wait in the car, they said they would bring it out to me. After waiting another 30 minutes, I went inside and saw employees joking around, fist bumping, etc. ( Both times I went into the store, it took a few minutes for anyone to address me at the counter) Told them I was waiting on order that should have been ready 30 minutes earlier, & was told it just finished.
