The staff. Is awesome and they work together to keep the bowlers happy. It’s a great place to get started in a league, learn to bowl or go have fun with friends. Leagues go 6 days a week, and everyone I’ve met there have been laid back easy going people. everything is maintained fairly well and cleaned regularly. Lanes are oiled accordingly for leagues too! Food is good and the menu covers some ground. Bar is always open and the prices are better than most. League bowlers get pretty good discounts on games and for open bowlers, they have great deals that seem to change seasonally. Check it out sometime!
I love Arlington and very grateful for everyone I’ve met there and also the progression I’ve made as a bowler. I made friends with some of the staff the first day I walked in there ended up joining teams with them and they have helped me along the way and pushed me to be a better bowler and help me feel comfortable in a new place and sport. I know almost everybody there because I bowled in so many leagues and stay active like community and it’s all thanks to the people that work at Arlington so thank you guys and hopefully this review helps...
Read moreWe’ve been loyal customers of this bowling alley for years and have always enjoyed supporting what we believed was a family-friendly, local business. But after our recent visit to celebrate my mom’s birthday, we left feeling incredibly disappointed. In just a two-hour span, our group spent over $700 on bowling, food, drinks, the bar, and arcade games. Yet at the end of the night, we were approached and told we had to pay an additional $15 because we brought in a small outside cake. Despite bringing our own plates and utensils, we were charged simply for cutting and serving it.
It wasn’t the amount that upset us—it was the principle. After spending that much money in your establishment, a fee like that felt like a greedy, unnecessary policy. This kind of treatment makes longtime customers feel unappreciated and unwelcome. Local businesses should value their community, not penalize them for celebrating life’s special moments with family.
Sadly, we’ve decided not to return, and we hope ownership will reconsider how they treat loyal patrons...
Read moreWent on a Sunday evening with my husband and 4 yr old son. We love that it's so close to home and hardly ever a wait when we want to go. On this trip, we did have some issues with the bumpers coming up when we needed them. We were moved around to 3 different lanes in the hour and a half that we were there. We kept having problems with either the pins dropping or the bumpers not coming up. Never fear, the nice gentleman (my apologies, I didn't get his name, as it was my husband who kept returning to the desk) at the front desk was more than happy to help. He even gave us extra minutes to make up for the ones that we had to wait while they readjusted whatever the issue was. We had a great time, and at the end of our session, we were offered coupons for 1 free game on our next trip! We will definitely be back! (Newbie tip: check Groupon for amazing discounts before...
