Star Burgers — Restaurant in Riverside

I want to give this business a no star, but it won't let me leave a review. I went towards closing time and got some hamburgers' combo with no onion and leaf lettuce. I get home and the hamburger have threaded lettuce and all have onions. I called nobody answers. The next day I spoke with the owner and instead of listening to my complaint she is asking me to bring the food half eaten from the trash to prove my kids indeed didn't eat them. Then, she's telling me that I come here to get the cheap hamburgers and I expect great customer service. Where do I start.. On my lunch break looking to try something new and craving a burger. I saw this place nearby and stopped it. I was greeted immediately by each staff member and felt right at home. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Took me a minute to find out what I wanted and they answered my questions about different items without joy. I ended up ordering a Pastrami Burger wrapped in lettuce. Boi, it was delicious. I even got to watch them make the burger while I was waiting. The patty was moist, the pastrami juicy but not overly oily or fatty with fresh tomatoes and crispy lettuce. I will definitely be returning when working...

Swell, wonderful, fine! Terrific customer service from experienced staff. Although it was very near closing time my order was kindly taken and my food was well prepared. I had the double cheeseburger combo which was pretty good and hit the spot just right! I also noticed how clean looking and well cared for this restaurant is!
