KFC — Restaurant in Riverside

This used to be the go to KFC that we went to all the time. I will not be back here to this one again! Every time we order either going through drive-thru or having it delivered the order is always wrong or things are left off! This time I ordered two five-piece dark meat chicken dinners which comes with two sides and two drinks and two biscuits. I ordered these to be delivered because I did not have my car tonight. The chicken was greasy and I got shorted too of my drinks. Could not get through to the store to make a complaint tried for over an hour. My Dasher who was picking up the order even though I ordered it through the KFC app tried to go back to get the drinks that were left off. They would not let him have them. They told him that I had to come get them myself. I finally got a hold of the store and when I told the woman about it she was very hateful she was rude and told me if I did not come tonight I would lose the drinks. I told her I don't have a car to come and get them and that I could come tomorrow if she could take my name. She told me why didn't I tell her I didn't have a car tonight, which I did. But she didn't want to have to replace the drinks. This KFC used to be an absolutely wonderful place to go to, but not anymore. Especially at night. If you want an order screwed up, they will definitely screw it up for you. I am done with this KFC there are other chicken places around and I will not be back...

Asked for crispy not original. This location does not have enough business to not have food. You never see it with a line wrapped around the building this location does not get that much business for where it's located. A number 17 and a two-piece crispy was ordered when you get all the way home and realized that your food isn't what you ask for and you have original and not crispy and it will take you to drive all the way across town and when you call the phone continuously rings and no one ever seems to answer if you don't spend all night calling then there's no way you can complain unless you drive all the way back across town to say something. If you're going to run on business answer the phone. Took my food back the gentleman at the front counter was very polite replaced my whole order he may have been the manager the telephone does not work at this location on Valley Street so maybe if corporation of people that own it would fix that problem they might not have so many negative reviews. So fix the phone for this gentleman so that way he can do his business a lot better and help his customers more like he told me you can't answer a phone that...

This is the second time in the last 3 months that I've gone to this KFC. The last time, I was informed that they lo longer carried wedges, so I ordered fries instead. I never got them, but I didn't have time to run back up there that night so I didn't bother with it.

I ordered another bucket meal this time and was suggested the fries again and again got home and didn't have the fries. I had also asked for butter and honey, but I wasn't very surprised to see they didn't add those either.

My chicken, which was supposed to be all extra crispy was also mixed with original and was all very obviously past its shelf life (I can tell from having worked there in the past what the quality should be). I don't eat chicken and the people who do were still willing to eat it, so I didn't bring that back when I went to get the missing fries.
