If I could give 0 I would. This will be a long review and I will be contacting corporate in the morning also! I Have went to this location for 7 years now and NEVER experienced anything like this! Spent thousands of dollars here! Yes, occasionally the order might be wrong but have never had an issue with getting an item that was made wrong on a credit with receipt! Taco bell app has been down for some reason and wouldnt let us order for pickup so we went there to order. Remind you on the app my order was $15 and because I couldn't order on the app I paid $24.36 for my order. I was with a friend and we came through for dinner for separate families and placed 2 orders through drive through. The negative started with the drive thru attendant, after everything we ordered "he said is that all" & then clearly the make table was lacking with no supervision and the MOD (AGM) sitting in the office. My vehicle is in the shop and I told the manager on duty... Brooke, when I called that I would have no way there tonight and she proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do for me if I didn't bring her the food back. I told her that it is insane to me that she can't just offer a replacement with a receipt even offered pictures. At that point I'm frustrated, so I asked her for her name and she raised her voice at me! I then asked for corporate number and she hung up on me. When I tried to call back she kept answering and hanging up. Then proceeded to take it off the hook. The only thing that was wrong with my order was the cheesy gordita crunch made with Chicken instead of beef because my daughter only eats chicken and a cup of cheese sauce. I would have been happy with a replacement when I could get there. Instead I had to call an uber to take what was wrong back as well as my cold food at this point. Waiting in line with my cold food the first gentleman taking orders was nice and respectful and seen me with a bag of food. He asked what he could do for me & I just asked to speak to Brooke and he said yes ma'am and the other gentleman took over! (Mgr). I was behind a gentlemen that had just ordered and his order was messed up. He ordered 3 burritos and they only gave him 2. At this point I have waited 5 minutes and watched brooke walk from the office to the drive thru on the opposite side and hide.. Never came to talk to me! I eventually gave my receipt with the bag of cold food to the "new" gentleman at the register who claims to be a manager, he started yelling at me saying that I interrupted him with a customer but I clearly watched the gentleman run his card and move to the left & said that no the manager wasn't going to talk to me because I was going to cuss her out. (Childish behavior) He then started waving his hands around and continuing to SPEAK LOUDLY. (2 PEOPLE IN LINE BEHIND ME KID INCLUDED) I repeatedly just said all I want is a refund for is what is in the bag. He said I'm not refunding you for anything except what was made wrong. I didn't have time to argue with a manager. I did what they asked & they still didn't want to give me my money back. So I proceeded to tell him I was not paying for cold food. Full refund! Why does it take this. I didn't mess up the food. TIMES ARE TOUGH PRICES WENT UP! Will not be back until there is a better management team! I never do reviews! The cashier here was extremely rude, yelling across the store for someone to help her with the transaction, demanding we order with numbers (despite the fact parts of the menu don't have numbers). She eventually asked for help, and the order was put in wrong multiple times - we asked them to read back the order twice.
Once we paid, the cashier forgot to give us our cups - we waited until the food came out, and the manager reminded her to give us the cup, but the cashier actually groaned and slapped the cups on the counter instead.
Once we got home we noticed our order wasn't accurate, I called and the rep who answered argued and insisted that she was the one helping with the order and that there was no possible way the order was messed up. I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager.
She insisted that the order wasn't wrong, that we got what we ordered, then sat silently on the line waiting until I said something. I asked if there was anything she could do for me, she said no. I advised her I would fill out the survey and not come back, and she thanked me and waited for me to hang up.
I've gotten plenty of orders wrong from fast food places, it happens. But the inaccuracy of the order, the rudeness of the staff, and the manager focusing more on insisting she was right than caring about the impression she'd leave on customers, has made this not worth coming back.
The times I've gone through drive thru here aren't much better. Again, go just down Harshman towards Big Lots and eat at the Taco Bell there instead, if you really...

Now they are just scamming customers. I ordered 4 burrito supreme s with extra meat and sour cream since they no longer make the big beef burrito supreme s. WOW i dont know what i would have got had i not ordered extra meat. I would have just got 4 shells with some cheese on them if that. and the shells were not much bigger then a soft taco shell. 20$ something dollars for 4 trash soft tacos. yr after yr this place goes to hell and it is time that it is forced to close for good and have that location replaced with another fastfood joint that has alittle more pride in their food and work and has more respect for their customer base. will not be giving you guys my money anymore. You have been given way to m any chances to fix your business. And lord dont ever go in a try to speak with a manager then get any food. You will be given some free spit for your troubles.
