Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Riverside

I’ve only been Tim Hortons a handful of times but I will tell you I am not going back. We went in the store around 8:30ish on a Saturday morning and there were three people working. You would think on a Saturday morning they would be more prepared. A lot of the donuts were already gone to include on that my wife just ordered. There was only one other person there getting food. It took them forever to acknowledge either of use. They were more concerned with the drive through. In my opinion mistake one. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches to which one of them was not what I ordered at all. When I went to get it corrected they told me none of the biscuits (what I originally ordered) were cooked and all raw on the middle. Again, did they not prep at all for a Saturday morning. My wife asked for an assortment of donut holes for our son. When we got them it was two chocolate three birthday cake and a majority of plain glazed. Not an assortment. And no they were not out of donut holes. Lastly we ordered coffee. No straws or napkins at all so we had to ask for that too. All the while the person who I assume was the manager on shift was just complaining about if this is how the day is going to go it’s going to be a long day rather than fixing the problems. For 3 days now I have ordered the Hazelnut Mocha Iced Capp Topped with Nutella : And I ordered it without chocolate syrup, extra hazelnut syrup, 1 espresso shot….. and each time it has only came with the espresso shot and whip topping…. Nothing else!! I pay extra for things and the signature Nutella to be on there and nothing I get nothing. And each time I pull up to the window they have an iced coffee waiting (the wrong drink) instead of reading exactly what I ordered!!! I’m not happy and will not be returning to this specific restaurant!! I will go out of my way to not return to this store! It’s absolutely ridiculous that I place a mobile order, and when I get up to the window I have to tell you what’s supposed to be in the drink and how it’s supposed to be made!! Unacceptable… and don’t even get me started on the spinach and egg white bites!! Idk what is inside them but it’s not spinach!

Also I used to work in the restaurant industry I understand if it only happened the first time, but this is ridiculous. The employees attitudes when I had to tell them they made the completely wrong drink and then they didn’t even put the toppings on I paid extra for.. they were very rude about it! Overall I will not be returning...

My friend and I made a mobile order. The order was supposed to be done at 11:09am. We got there a little late at 11:19am. But only our drinks were on the counter. She got an Halloween Reeses Cappachino and I got a Hot Chocolate. My hot chocolate tasted mostly water. My friend said her drink was ok but a little salty. We waited a long time before someone asked us about our order. Btw, there were only 3 employees. There was 1 girl and 2 guys. The 2 dudes looked like they were high af and the girl looked like she was trying her best to do the other guys' jobs. We finally got our food at 11:47am. And when we got back in my car to eat some the food because we were very hungry. My friend's Bacon Farmer's Breakfast Wrap was slightly burnt on the outside but she said it was ok. But the hashbrowns were thawed but wasn't actually cooked. They didn't have the Vanilla Dip donut or the Boston Creme donut. So we had to replace our donuts with Chocolate Glazed donuts.
