On December 10th, 2020 at 11:43 AM at McDonald's #25687 I ordered 2 Big Mac Meals Large 10 Pc Chicken nuggets and 1 McDouble. The lady who gave me the food outside of the drive thru asked me to repeat my order again. I did. She kept checking the bag and hesitated to hand it to me. She asked again to repeat the order At this I was frustrated because I needed to go. I pulled away and checked the bag. I was missing a Big Mac. I parked and went inside the restaurant. I saw multiple people waiting in the order line and the pick-up line. One employee saw me walk in with a bag and receipt. She ignored me and walked away. Here's my issue. The employee's were ignoring all of the customers in front of them waiting in line and catering to those in the drive-thru. The employees walked hurriedly back and forth without looking at any of the customers in front of them. I waited more than 5 minutes to finally get some acknowledgment but I wasn't spoken to me directly. I said, "I'm missing a Big Mac." At this, a female employee working the front register yesterday December 9th, 2020 rolled her eyes and was inattentive to the customers in front of her. The female employee looked at me with furrowed eyebrows, rolled her eyes and said, "What?" I repeated louder that I was missing a Big Mac. She rapidly blinked, clearly bothered by me, and walked away. She didn't return. A different female (taller) employee returned to give me my Big Mac. I am offended and disappointed at the treatment I received. To top it off I came home and realized there weren't any straws for our drinks and no sweet and sour sauce I asked for at the drive-thru. The first time, my morning experience I was overcharged and given the wrong meal. When the girl at the window handed it to me I told her I did not order a parfait and handed her back my meal. She replaced it with my correct meal and I drove off. When I arrived to work I realized I was overcharged and called three times to get my issue resolved. My phone call was never answered,so I just gave up. When I tried again, a few days later I literally waited at the first window to pay for 7 minutes. As I'm sitting there I see a guy scrolling on his phone, he looks up makes eye contact with me through the window and then turns away and continues to scroll. I assumed he was taking an order, or for some reason or another not yet ready to help me. After a few more minutes I drive to the second window. When I get to the second window I told the girl "I'm sorry I took so long and held up your line, I was waiting at the first window to pay." She looks at me rolls her eyes and literally says nothing. Whatever, come back a 2nd time order a coffee and sandwich again long wait, crew looks like chickens without head and the cashier has the nerve to be on her pink cell phone instead of taking my order initially. I go a 3rd time saying it canāt be this bad all the time. I stand corrected! Drive through jam packed I finally get to order and lady tells me theyāre only taking cash. So whatās that mean for me, she said she canāt take my order. Hilarious. Iām stuck, I canāt get out thereās about 4 cars behind me now and Iām on my lunch hour. I tell her she needs to honor my order and she says she canāt and the line is moving fast, I argue some more say this isnāt right and to at least give me a coupon when finally she tells me to just drive up.
