Your mobile app is riddled with problems! Nearly every time I have placed an order using the app I have encountered a problem of some kind. Today, upon attempting to place an order, I received an error message indicating there was a problem with my credit card. I immediately identified that I populated the expiration date wrong and before I could correct it, I received a notification indicating my credit card was charged. I received no e-mail confirmation of the order so I corrected the expiration date and completed the order, at which time I received a confirmation e-mail... and ANOTHER notification from my credit card. When I attempted to call my local store, I got a call center who could do nothing but take an order or transfer me to the local store. I asked to be transferred to the store and sat on hold for nearly 15 minutes at which time I hung-up! I called Customer Service and opened an incident but was told, in addition to the double charge, there is no guarantee the order for which I received a confirmation went through and she has no access to the system to tell me if it has. Ridiculous! So now I'm on hold with the local store, AGAIN, and no answer after 10 minutes... so far! Adding insult to injury, all the customer service agent is doing is trying to get me a refund for the double charge! What are you doing to compensate me for the whole experience!...

There was a mistake in my initial order, but the employees caught it before I arrived and they prepared a new dish (I'm not sure what the initial problem was).

Why suggest a tip (in the app) for workers preparing food? I'm not being served nor is it getting delivered (carry-out order).

   Read moreI went on the Pizza Hut app and reordered my last order. I was extremely disappointed when I got a call that Pizza Hut no longer carries beyond meat. That was the only reason I order pizza hut, you are the only ones who carried it. I was so excited about it. I might as well continue just making my own. Or if I do order out Ill just get a $5 Little Caesars cheese pizza.... It was nice of the company to offer a discount on a different pizza.
