This location always has their lobby closed with no explanation. I stopped by here about 20 minutes ago to pick up my mobile order and the lobbyâs doors were locked. Called the store and was told to pick my order up through the drive thru even though I walked here. They then told me I could walk to another location and have them make my order there. UNBELIEVABLE. Also should mention their drive thru line was so long it was backed all the way up and causing traffic in the parking lot. I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened but itâs not. They always have their lobby closed. Iâve talked to the store manager about this plenty of times over the phone, they have a terrible attitude and never willing to fix issues regarding their store. Today was the last straw, I reported this location to corporate and have a meeting with their district manager next week. Hopefully once I speak to the district manager they can send somebody out here to fix this place! The management here is doing a terrible job and itâs time something is done about it. I spend a lot of money at this location weekly, and the staff and management make it clear their customers arenât appreciated.    Read moreI had an awful experience. I always get the same thing at every Starbucks and never have any issues. I order a brown sugar shaken espresso venti with light ice. I only order it this way. I know that it's a little less strong with the extra milk. I never ask for a drink to be remade, but I could tell it was off. Maybe missing a shot or who knows. So they remade the drink, but it was exactly the same. One person told the one making the drink that the machine might not be pulling the shot right, and to use the other machine. She was trying to say it's because of the extra milk and it sounded as if she just used the same one. I told her I always ordered it that way, so that's not the case. So they remade it again but just filled it to the top with ice and exactly like the last 2. By then, I was over it. It was already hard enough to ask for it to be made again for the second time. The one making the drink was giving attitude the whole time. When asked how I liked the drink that she obviously put extra ice in, I just said it's fine. She was like no is it just fine or good. Like, dude, I obviously didn't get what I ordered, and you've made it 3 times. I'm not getting anywhere.    Read moreBAD SERVICE. I. pulled up into drive thru. Nobody ahead of me. I placed my order and the female taking my order said " ok, pull forward".
She hands me the wrong size drink. When I told her my drink size was wrong she said "well that's what I made and charged you for and hands it to me. She did not offer to correct her error.
Then she also got my 2 other items completely wrong.
Entire order wrong and no apology. Just a dumb blank look on her face with her mouth open.
Then she asked me to pay more to correct her error. I had no problem paying more for the correct order. But since she never took my order correct in the first place, I decided not to give this store another sale.
Just frustrating having to deal with someone who is not awake to do their job. Wake up !! Get it together lady.
I do not recommend this store unless you don't care how your order comes out. I'm sure I'm not the first to get a wrong order this morning. 6:15am Feb 27 2024
