Starbucks — Restaurant in Riverside

I am a regular here and ever since they got a new manager the employees have been somewhat hostile and that’s including the manager. the last time i had come to this location the manger has been giving me dirty looks as well as side eyeing me and making faces towards me. I had simply ordered a drink and she was giving me attitude while i was ordering my drink. When i had come in today I had ordered my drinks and the person who took my order was nice. BUT when i had gotten my order i noticed there wasn’t strawberry inclusions in it and if there was there was barely any in it. When i had politely told the worker that it didn’t seem like there were any strawberry inclusions in it she raised her voice at me saying “there is” to which i replied “oh sorry it just looked like there was none in it” and she replied “well i made it so i think i would know” in a snarky and condescending tone. The disrespect of this places and lack hospitality is DISGRACEFUL and DISGUSTING. I usually love this location but now...

I have spent thousands of dollars at Starbucks but especially at this location due to work being around the corner and my kids school being close. SO many times I do mobile orders before work or we all go after school...today it being 96° degrees outside my 12 year old walked to my work and stopped at startbucks on his way, he went inside for a cup of water and was denied a basic cup of water unless he paid for something. He didn't have anything on him so he had to go back outside in the heat. Like what type of policy is that? When is it okay to deny children water no matter what temperature it is outside. For all the money we spend and how much money you guys charge for a simple drink, the greed to deny a child water is unreal. Im going to empty my rewards and deactivate my membership and no longer be a customer at Starbucks and will now order my coffee and drinks from...

I live right up the street!I have been there many times since their opening. I am not a sweet freak where I put three packs of sugar in a 8 oz. cup of coffee, and even less than when I was younger man, a 1/4 teaspoon is good enough for me in a 16oz. coffee cup! Recently I have had nothing but hurried service and less than Kosher Caramel Macchiato''s that have been worthy of tossing out the window. They have been caramel-less that I have had to pull into a 7/11 and grab a packet of sugar to add to it. I told them after the second time this happened, they gave me a free one to make up for it but I just want to drive away and not taste it 5 miles the road to have to return every time.
