I wanted to order the perfect number cake for my daughters 20th birthday. I reached out via FB messenger, sent a picture of my daughter’s 19 birthday cake and asked if they could do similar with a 20. I was sent multiple examples and was in. I physically went into the store to place my order. I asked for chocolate dipped strawberries, grapes and Oreos (like we previously had and liked) as well as flowers similar to before. Pink and gold accents with buttercream frosting. I made a point to tell them my daughter does not like whipping cream frosting. We picked the cake up Saturday night at 5:30pm right before they closed. Her birthday was Sunday. I wasn’t thrilled with the decorations as there were no flowers and the Oreos and grapes were not dipped. Nonetheless I didn’t think much was change at that point and figured whatever it will work. The next day we sing and cut the cake. The cake was decorated with whipping cream and not buttercream. Very disappointing as my daughter didn’t want to eat her own cake. We went into the store today to explain our disappointments with the cake. Did not come in asking for anything. We were met with no understanding an attitude. She said “I delivered a beautiful cake” and that was pretty much end of story, too bad that it had the incorrect frosting and not as I had asked. No apology or anything. I let her know I would be writing a review again met with you got “a beautiful cake”….just not what I ordered. I would advise passing on this establishment if you care about order specifics being fulfilled and pleasant customer service. ...

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! PLEASE CUSTOMERS TAKE THE TIME TO READ. Today, Thursday, April 17, 2025, I went to order 4 dozen cupcakes to pick up on the afternoon of April 26. Unfortunately, I was no longer able to continue with my party plans for which I wanted the cupcakes. So, I called exactly 4 and a half hours after placing the order to explain the reasons why I wanted to cancel and request a refund of $78. To which the person who answered me was very rude and replied that they don't give refunds and that if I didn't want them anymore, that it wasn't their problem, that it's their policy, which they never explained. I told her that I had just ordered it today, so I didn't see the problem. She told me that if I wanted, I could get a credit to buy something else in the store, to which I replied that I really didn't need anything else, that she should be understandable. She laughed at me and repeated that it wasn't her problem. I asked if I could speak to the owner to see if she would be more reasonable and speak to me in a more pleasant tone, and she told me she was the owner and I could talk however she wanted. She told me if I wanted the credit, I could use it, and if not, then that was my problem, and she hung up on me. She made me feel really bad. I would give this place zero stars! Less than 2 weeks ago, I went to pick up a cake I ordered. Alma did not add edible glitter as requested. She quickly opened the box and sprayed a few times only at the top. When she handed it to us, we opened the box to see how it looked and noticed that the flower decorations and the entire side of the cake was smooshed. The wording on the cake was an ugly orange color while the roses were a a hot pink. They didn’t even try to match the lettering to the decor. It did not look good at all. I mentioned it to the girl at the counter and she was so kind and said that they could fix the damage. I politely asked if she was sure bc I realized it was closing time and that it may be the box that’s the issue. She said it was no problem and that they could fix it right away. Then Alma yelled from the back asking what the problem was and she rushed over with an attitude. She said she wasn’t fixing anything and accused us of damaging the cake. And that she will not be helping us at all bc it’s closing time. She was so angry and boasted she was the owner. She was incredibly rude. This place in Riverton doesn’t care or talk kindly to it’s customers. Do not support Alma’s behavior...
