McDonald's — Restaurant in Riverton

You guys get an F tonight in everything. Came through the drive thru got a 20 piece mcnugget, a medium fries, a medium diet coke and a medium unsweetened ice tea. Girl at first window didn't repeat our order only asked if we ordered the 20 piece. I said yes and paid. Girl didn't speak much above a whisper. Kid at the 2nd window starts to hand out 3 drinks. Told him we didn't order 3 drinks and told him what we did order. He only said oh that's where the confusion was. We ended up with a Gatorade drink instead of a medium fry. Kid didn't even offer to make it right or anything. Had to park and then go in and pay extra for the medium fry we originally ordered. Fries were half cold and not very good. You need to have the gentleman with glasses train your drive up employees. He is absolutely wonderful. Every time he takes my order he gets it right and when I pull up to the first window he repeats the whole order. He speaks up and speaks clearly. This guy deserves a raise big time. It's going to be a while before we come back but when I do I will definitely be watching the screen more closely especially since you don't give receipts in the drive...

Okay, when you go to McDonalds your expectations are pretty standard to begin with- get the same food you can get at any McDonalds and fast. All I wanted was a medium mocha and that was too much for this McDonalds. Truly shocking. Ordered, went through payment window fast, I was the only one in drive-through line. Pulled up to second window and sat for a few minutes before being even acknowledged. Employees inside were milling around looking at the overhead screens. Guy came up to window and extended a McFlurry. When I told him that wasn't what I ordered, he looked around confused, asked me if I wanted a McFlurry, I did not, then asked what I ordered. Told him a mocha. Ended up getting wrong size (small), and so watery and disgusting I don't think I can ever order a coffee from McDonalds again. How do you screw that up? I can only imagine what would have happened had I ordered...

Terrible! So dry ! Alot of time's, I need to order w/a request so it has to be made fresh, and not old and soggy from being under the lights too long. But, I believe our big macs were fresh, but ordered w/o cheese, and there was so little sause, they were un-eatible. When I looked, the patties were torn and burnt, very little sause, no lettuce or pickles, pretty much bare! Jez, the only great thing about their burger's is sause. If I could eat w/o sauce, I'd just order their regular burger for a whole lot less, I dont think staff had any supervisor there. Staff was sweet, and I could see they were preforming at their best, but they also looked lost. I do appreciate their hard work, and doing the best they KNEW how !! Both they, and I, would have liked their support. Maybe next time ? Or maybe we will keep with the McDonalds we know and...
