Today was my first visit to The Milkshake Factory, and I had never even heard of the place beforeâbut now Iâll never forget it.
From the moment I arrived, the customer service was absolutely top tier. Although the shop wasnât officially open yet (they open at 4:00 PM), the owner, Mike, welcomed me in without hesitation. His warmth and hospitality instantly set the tone for a memorable experience.
I was able to browse their beautifully arranged chocolates, sample a few, and try one of their milkshakesâwhich was incredible. As someone whoâs visited several renowned chocolate spots, including some well-known ones in Orlando, I can confidently say that the chocolate here is unmatched. It was the smoothest, most decadent chocolate Iâve ever tasted in a cluster.
Mike took the time to share the story behind the companyâs legacy, and you could tell he genuinely cares about the product, the experience, and the people who walk through the door.
I will absolutely be returningâand Iâll be bringing friends with me next time. Keep up the amazing work. Exceptional service, incredible product, and a place that makes you feel...

They have milkshakes, molten chocolate even have some delicious samples of chocolate bark that was made fresh along with their other menu items. They make all their products from scratch and using recipes that are 100 years old. We decided to get 3 milkshakes a vanilla, cookies n cream and a signature sâmores. The milkshakes tasted so good! They were the perfect texture to be able to drink right away. The sâmores with full of chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows and grahams topped with a smore styles dipped marshmallow that was a fan favorite. We were also able to try a cake pop that was WAY better than any cake pop in the area. Iâm so happy we tried The Milkshake Factory definitely at the top of my list for a sweet treat spot!
Also fun fact! Their straws are made out of recycled...
Read moreDisappointed. I paid $26 for 3 milkshakes that are in medium cups. First off, I went there around 4:30 on a Tuesday, there were 4 people working, #1 - I had to get someoneâs attention to take my order, and there were no people in line. #2 donât ask for a tip when youâre charging $9 for a basic shake. #3 while the guy was making our shakes he picked up the store phone with his gloves on, stuck his pinky finger in his ear and talked to a customer for 3 min, then put the phone down, and continued to make our shakesâŠewww. #4 fill up the damn cup for frying out loud.
Not going back, they probably wonât last a year and twisty treat is just better.
Is what it...
