Starbucks — Restaurant in Riverview

This STARBUCKS is always out of certain foods. Everytime I order the Turkey Pesti, they don't have it. They are super slow. Today I went to their D/T and it took forever to get 3 drinks. The line was past the order menu outside and cars kept leaving after ordering. When I pulled up they had 3 girls there. Only one was making drinks and she had a bad attitude and was just chatting with the other girls, joking around and taking forever. No sense of urgency. Two of the three drinks were made incorrectly. The only nice one was the young lady taking the orders. This Starbucks has demonstrated less than great service since opening day. You need better management oversight and better employees that actually care about their jobs. Drinks and food are too expensive to get horrible service. I know things happen but it how they are handled that makes the difference. You need to partner with Chick Fil-A to learn what consistent amazing service...

This store in compare to other starbucks is more similar to a Dunkin Donuts. First week of opening was great, but now it has decay a lot. When ordering from the bakery or hot food it seems they dont understand how to use the equipment to heat the food since it comes out warm on the outside but then you get to the middle part whick is frozen cold and you get that freezer taste and completely ruin your culinary experience. They take time to write and draw sweet notes on the cups, even when busy. It’s a small gesture, but very much appreciated. I’ve seen them remain professional and kind when dealing with guests who are giving them a hard time. As someone who works in this industry, I know how difficult it is! Thanks for everything, team! I’ve been coming to this location since they opened, and most of the staff here are really great. Johnny, especially, is a sweetheart. Always helpful...
