McDonald's — Restaurant in Riviera Beach

Very very disappointed in this particular store #...... I went there almost every morning, bought coffee, breakfast.... and sometimes lunch too. 1 day, July 20th2017 to be exact. I was trying to buy breakfast... me debit card did not have sufficient funds to purchase what I wanted, so I handed the (nice young cashier) a $100 bill....she said " sorry I can't break it right now. So I just bought my 2nd cup of coffee and a large coke. Not 10-15 minutes later, 4 police officers arrived .... they asked me that I leave! I said " what is going on"? The cops said I was asked to be tresspassed off the property ..... Not one employee had mentioned a word to me prior! I was quietly doing a research on a computer with friend. I asked the officer. " your talking to me "? He said yes, we were called to tresspass you.". I said " you must have a .mistake "! The cop reaches over to feel my coffee to see if it is still hot...it was still warm, but 1/2 way drank already. So the cop looks over to the manager , as if to say _ what is this about". He says they still want you tresspassed. I said, " dont you have to receive a reason or a notice to trespass someone? I immediately wrote corporate. The next day I received an apology from the manager, stating she had mistaken me for someone who does not spend money in the establishment. She said sorry.....I did NOT accept the apology! I was degraded in front of customers. Very disturbing and embarrassing! I refuse to step foot in THAT particular store ever again. And I plan to take this situation further.... Update 923/2025 It's so uncomfortable eating in this particular McDonald's cuz the homeless are all over the place inside outside begging for money It's just horrible I work by and this is one of the only restaurants that I'm able to eat at and unfortunately I'm so uncomfortable being inside of it almost ordering for more than 30 minutes homeless letting other homeless and the locked door in the back and propping over the bathroom door It's just horrible

It's unfortunate that McDonald's is no longer that happy place image it looks now so bland so blah so corporate like McDonald's used to be a fun place to go cause the play yard and the Ronald McDonald and Not to mention no soda machines in the dining room anymore like wow what happened to all of that not everything needs to go corporate and dull Mcdonald's use be that happy place for children to go after school or after getting good colors in elementary school and get a happy meal and then their toy and then go playing I'm so glad my son grew up in that McDonald's and not this boring new Mcdonald's that they have now.. And the food is not like it used to be the burgers seem to be extremely overseasoned the fries either seem to be slightly undercooked or the grease seems to be always needing to be changed the bathrooms are for the most part ok clean besides the occasional urine on the seats always stocked with toilet paper... Where bring back the old McDonald's image or at least bring back Ronald McDonald hell give the kids something even your toys...

I don't eat McDonald's anymore. But I went here to to pickup food for someone else. The staff were all gathered in the kitchen area. Which seems to be the way these restaurants operate these days. No one in front to help customers. And when you try to get assistance, they look at you as though you're an annoying interruption in their day.

When the young lady finally came to the front, I confirmed the name on the order. Three items, mcflurries, cookies, etc. I saw her working on it. She then set the bag to the side and proceeded to work on other orders. I them called the employees once again to ask if they finished my order. The one young lady who appeared to be training turned to look at with all kinds of angst and attitude. "YES?" Are you finished with my order? I replied.

The young lady who was putting the orders together and had set the bag to the side, came once again to corfirm the name on the order and proceeded to then give me the bag that had been sitting on the side all that time. The order I told them I was there to pick up before all the other customers came and and they started working on other orders.

The customer service is herrendous here! I'M SOOO glad that I don't eat...
