My experience was the worst. Firstly, the drive thru extends in the main road. I sit in line for 10 minutes before getting into the actual lot and out of the highway. Secondly, I sit there for approximately 10 minutes and noticed about 6 car in the second line, so I pull over there. The lady walking from car to car obsevered me pull into the second line and stared at me from the outdoor podium. I'm under the impression that I can also order from the drive thru board via microphone, wrong. I waited another 10 minutes, approached the menu, rolled my window down, and the lady walked to my car and said I couldn't order from this line and I would have to go back and get into the main line. It took every once of resolve not to curse her out. She literally watched me wait, until I got ready to order and told me that I couldn't. Had she told me this before I waited so long I would have written this review. Biscuitville lost a customer today and I will not be going back under no...
Read moreThe few times a year we visit family in the Roanoke Rapids area we always plan for each day to start with Biscuitville. Regardless of the other family memberâs plansâŚwe are steadfast Biscuitville fans. The exceptional customer service, and ever cheerful employees make you feel like treasured guests. The only other competition for the employeesâ phenomenal attitudes are the Biscuitville food and speed of service. Today was no exception. The food was hot, the order was exact and quickly served. We were fortunate to have the manager Patrick serve us up our order. What a wonderful start to the day having such a cheerful and smiling man peering out of the service window. If you donât smile as he hands your order through the window, thereâs something wrong. The accent adds to the âhappyâ! Thanks Patrick for helping me and my wife start our day on a fulfilling and...

The biscuit itself was good, but a little less fluffy than it looked in the pictures. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it was something I noticed. The fries (basically potato wedges) were excellent. Definitely one of the best sides in the fast food game right now.
The interior is pretty small, so it was crowded. It took a little while for me to get my order, but with that many people waiting for orders, it's understandable. The staff really tried their best to get the orders out.
I'm not from the area, but I think I would go here for breakfast pretty regularly if they opened up...
