Hardee’s — Restaurant in Roanoke

Tried the new Candied 🥓 biscuit, and it was very delightful, probably not that great if you're a health-conscious type of person!! On the other hand, service was horrid and just plain bad customer service. The wait time was despicable, and I think my boss may have had a hair in Frisco breakfast sandwich, and she wouldn't put that candied bacon on his sandwich, he said "ok well can you put it on the side then?" I believe there was no reply and he soffit revised that we had to wait about 10 min, she didnt bring his drink out after all this time and had to go back in to ring drink up and bring it back out! smmfh! The bill meal came to $30 for a drink, Frisco sandwich, my candied bacon breakfast biscuit, and the no candied bacon on the side!! Oh well, at least the work went well while we were in Christiansburg...

We went to order 3 Vanilla milk shakes and 2 chocolate ones. We waited at the window after paying $18.23 for those 5 milkshakes for 10 minutes just for them to tell us they didn't have any milkshake cups. Then asked us if we wanted to exchange it for anything else or if we wanted a refund. Obviously we only wanted milkshakes since we only ordered that to begin with so we asked for the refund. It took them another 10 minutes to refund us the $$. This is the second time we have been to this specific location, the 1st time wasn't this bad, but it still took them longer than usual to have our order ready. Every time we looked thrpugh the window the employees were just standing there not doing anything, and there were at least 3 up front be the baggig area...

My husband and I had the worst visit to a Hardees we've ever had over the weekend. We stopped the day before to get a drink but they were all out of tea. The employees were incredibly slow. The next day we went back for another drink. All we ordered was a large sweet tea but when we got to the window the lady handed us a bag of food. We told her that we only ordered a drink but somehow she had charged us for the food. It took about 15 minutes and three other employees to come over and try to put the amount back on our card. We barely even got an apology. However now that I'm home when I looked at my account I see that we have not been refunded the money. We never received a receipt at any point while we were there. We're never going to this...
