China Wok — Restaurant in Roanoke

I am so upset with China Wok, I work at a company near there and we are a huge building and probably order hundreds of dollars of take out here every week. Earlier this week we ordered delivery from your company and it arrived and was totally wrong. Items were missing and the bag and all the cartons were drenched in sauce to the point the bag was literally falling apart and dripping on everything. My coworker ordered a diet meal and discovered THREE bones in her food. We called about the missing items less than 5 minutes after the delivery guy left and were told that he would not be coming back to deliver the rest because he had other deliveries to make and that a refund would take 5 business days. That left one of our coworkers without their meal and as lunch break was almost over she did not have time to go get anything else and had to go hungry. I am sending an email out to all of our coworkers to never order...

Today the manager called me and apologized for the mishap. He offered to refund our money or replace the food. Of course we chose the food. We just finished eating and everything was Good 😊. We are satisfied customers again. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you!

I ordered chicken fried rice add $3 baby shrimp,no shrimp was added and got charged for it, General Tso Chicken with vegetable fried rice, got white rice instead , cheese Wongtongs , chicken teriyaki sticks, and 2 shrimp egg rolls $40 total and the order was wrong. I called out there to get this straight. The manager going to tell me to bring my food back so they can add the shrimp and will charge me for vegetable fried rice. What kind of Mess is that. China Wok here on Williamson has amazing food but their customer service is sometimes lacking quite a bit. My son and I came by to eat and ordered 2- go. We got 2 general tsos with WHITE RICE. They gave us 2 general tsos 1 with white rice and 1 with yellow rice. They would not refund the 1 with yellow rice or give a new one. They said they are too busy and the next time be more careful when ordering. Hmm we WERE very careful and did not say yellow rice. don't know how they got that on my sons order. My son wouldnt eat it so I had to switch and eat it and give him mine with white rice. One of the employees, who said his name was Ben, told me I was free to complain online on as many websites as I wanted in his own words. Wow... they seem very confident with their ratings to say stuff like that. Its also a little arrogant...
