Going to Taco Bell tonight was one huge mistake. My tacos were a complete mess with half of the taco bottom being filled with meat and the other half completely empty. Where did the meat go? Aliens maybe or no I believe it was a result of the manager not enforcing standard policy procedures. Anyways the tacos also had extra lettuce and absolutely no cheese. What was that about. Not to mention half of the order was supposed to be soft taco and were served a crunchy mess instead. When we addressed the manager on duty she would barely open her mouth to speak and wouldn't even make eye contact. She said something to herself that we couldn't understand and then returned to the back, I'm assuming to remake our order. After what seemed to be forever a different employ presented us with a newly remade box of tacos. By this time we were getting irritated waiting for the manager to return to the reqisture to refund our money which was our original request. We then asked that employ to relay a message to the manager that we once again needed her attention. Would you believe the manager continued to hide in the back ignoring us completely. Another 10 minutes passed before the manager very slowly walked back to the front of the restaurant. You would be surprised at what kinds of actions and behaviors you may observe while waiting as long as we did. My final thoughts are, please don't use your feet to push the bag of lettuce back into the mini refrigerator and tissues are your friend when you have a runny nose. It is not acceptable to wipe your nose with your gloved hand and then continue to make customers food. Finally, I don't know the drug testing procedure for Taco Bell but my advice is to demand a drug test from your manager that was on duty 7:00 pm on New Year's Day. She truly showed signs that may benefit from being looked into. My family and I will not be returning to Taco Bell again. There needs to be something done about this lack of customer service and the very...
Read moreFood was awful...all I could taste was the pile of lettuce in shells. There was barely any meat on them. The sad part about this is I went there a month ago in got the grande meal with 6 soft tacos in 6 hard tacos..there were cold in nasty with the same problem as I had tonight. In the manager i talk to about said they would replace my meal, so when I gave them a second chance to do that they told me it was to much to replace and they have no record of this. I think this is so not good customer service. Taco bell should have replaced my meal period, instead of telling me they couldn't. I work customer service at pizza hut on electric rd in Roanoke been there over 2 plus years. In if we have to replace a meal we do. We put credit on there accounts through there phone number. Customer service is most valued at any fast food place or any restaurant. This was awful to experience after a long day of work in to be hungry and think taco bell would fulfill there duties in make me in my son in my husband a great meal. This store needs new management period. The store was nasty period all the employees were just standing around in on 2 people I seen was actually working. I never in my life will choose this taco bell again. They need to learn how to make a taco plus burrito right. I never had this problem at vinton taco bell. I took pictures of this nasty food in I'm going to put them up on my Facebook since I cant put them on this review.. As a customer I asked for them to make it right..But they couldn't...
Read moreService at this location is incredibly slow. We’ve spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru on more than one occasion. You lock your lobby doors at random times, seemingly just whenever the staff feels like it. What’s the point of closing the lobby early exactly? Because I’m sitting in the drive thru line right now watching a couple of maskless men not in uniform, just wandering around the lobby on their phones. Not sure what that’s about but it’s clear covid safety isn’t the concern. I have so many complaints I don’t think they’ll all fit in this text box. The number of times we’ve come through and you’re “out” of what we ordered. Mind blowing. In the last 4 trips we’ve made to this location, you’re “out” of the items we order. 4/4 visits. That’s 100%. We’ve been told “nacho cheese takes 23 minutes” and we’ve been told this location doesn’t carry a certain item only to be able to order said item the very next day with no issues, which means the employees lied to us. When we do get the items we order, the cup is half filled. The fries are half full. Everything’s cold and soggy. There are no positives other than being able to get the food we want, even though the quality is so bad. When there are promotions, you “don’t have the blue raspberry flavoring” or you’re out of the item altogether. It’s always something. It’s infuriating to find out after sitting in a 45 minute line, that they don’t even have their menu items in stock. Get your life together, Taco Bell....
