Jebi's Ice Cream Shoppe — Restaurant in Roanoke

Very tasty ice cream, little additions of humor (i.e. a few flavors had me cracking up / bathroom sign), fun environment and attentive staff. Just opened July 1st 2022 and is a nice addition to downtown Roanoke. Hard serve ice cream--32 flavors and the significant other and I enjoyed sampling about 4 flavors each before we picked our order of "Exhausted Parent" and "This S#@&t Just got Real". Prices are reasonable for portions and quality. Excited to see if the Bourbon Bar upstairs will collaborate at all with any "spiked" ice creams. Terrible customer service. My son was looking forward to stopping in for ice cream for his school. He told the employee he wanted two different flavor scoops and they mistakenly gave him two scoops of the same flavor. We got to the car and he was upset and told me what happened. I encouraged him to go back in to tell them about the mistake so it could be corrected. The employees told a 9 year old that he would have to pay again to fix their mistake. Very disappointed in customer service and values of this place. We will not be stopping here again and will return to Moose and Mollies anytime we feel like stopping...

We have came here a few times and loved it! This time not so much! My daughter got a small on a cone. She wanted two flavors but was told we had to buy her a large even tho you get 2 scoopes on a small. By the time we got to the register it was falling off so we asked for a bowl which was another .25 cents! Well her ice cream fell on the floor and all the workers just stood there and would not replace it or offered to replace it. Any Ice cream place we have ever been too would had offered to replace it! Bad...
