This place was incredibly disappointing. It’s new, clean and the decor is fantastic. However our games were not working. We tried multiple games/sports. We asked to switch to a different bay to see if that one was working better. It was not. It felt like a total waste of money. The person helping us was very young and when we complained he wasn’t much help. He said sometimes it doesn’t work. He did a little troubleshooting but gave up easily. We had a party of 6 and none of us were able to play any of the games successfully even after trying two different bays. They admitted that the guns never worked right for the shooting games. The woman working the bar and waiting tables was in a bad mood and had poor customer service. She never smiled and acted irritated any time we asked for something. I understand people have a bad day but it definitely contributed to our bad experience. I had to go to her twice to ask for things that she should have provided. If you were only wanting to get out of the house for something to do then this is for you . They do have different games to play. We had 2 bays. Wife and others tried to play certain games games in one bay and the accuracy was way off . When your actually hitting the the target in the center and it shows a miss. Not fun when your try to get a better score then others playing. I would suggest paying for food and drinks as you get them seeing how hard it is to keep things separated from others in your group. We were charge an additional 10.00 for extra player not sure how this happened when we only had 4 players in one bay and 3 players in the other . Did not actually see this until we had gotten home and seen receipt. As one other person mentioned in reviews. Hard to get things going. We have not been there before and did not know how to start things up. Took ar least 15 min for help. They must assume everyone has been there . Way...

For our family Christmas present we take our family somewhere to spend time, have fun, and eat. We have ages from 60 to 2. This year we chose Game On an it was great. We reserved the place for 3 hours as a private party. We had food and drink scheduled, an open bar and games, games, games. The service was awesome. Tasha and Nick were our hosts and assisted all as needed. (They became part of the family) The food was delivered hot and on time. The food was from the Pizza patio.
