KFC — Restaurant in Roanoke

This place is horrible! As soon as me and my family went up to the register to place our order the cashier rolled her eyes and looked at us with disgust. I guess she doesn't like to see interracial couples. Not only did that make the visit bad, the food wasn't good, the food was very bland, they didn't have biscuits out, there was no gravy out for the potatoes, they had 2 pieces of homestyle chicken out, we had to ask for food to be put out and when we did they put 2 pieces of chicken out, the lady didn't even wash her hands before she put the chicken out, she was sweeping the floor then went straight and got the tongs and started putting the chicken out, there were children in here and one of the ladies working behind the counter was cussing and saying the "F" word because of some voided transaction. This establishment needs to have someone check it out. I will NEVER visit this...

Wow KFC has gone down hill. I thought they breaded their own chicken? So why, when I placed a pickup order for 4:45 PM at 1:30 PM, am I being told there is no extra crispy chicken like I ordered? Not to mention the kid up front was on his phone playing videos extremely loud when I walked in (because, of course I was the only person there) and didn’t even notice me until one of the cooks came out to help me. The original recipe chicken tasted like one of those frozen Banquet fried chicken meals. I am SO glad I bought an extra “Large” mashed potato for an extra $4 because a “Large” mashed potato is about 2 servings. Thank god the coleslaw still tasted the same but that’s about the only good thing. I haven’t had KFC in a couple years and now I remember why! $35 for a family...

This was wild. So I work retail so I get the stress it involves working with the public and i usually let most things slide, but my experience 30 min ago at this KFC was extremely poor. The guy taking the order kept asking "how many cars behind you" and when the person in front of me and myself said 2 he would let out a huge sigh and shout pull forward! I wanted to say if you hate your job this much get another one. Maybe he was having a bad day it happens but it was a massively poor attitude even when attempting to take the order being rude and short. Props to the older lady who seemed to be doing all the work, I felt bad for her and she was polite. Chicken wasn't breaded and looked rough, not sure I'm gonna eat it. Will just chalk this...
