The food was delicious, and my family and I enjoyed our meals to a great extent. However, there were a few dishes that stood out more than others.

First and foremost, Shakers proved to be a hit with my toddler. She couldn't stop raving about the macaroni and cheese, describing it as "really good." It's always a relief when little ones are happy with their meals, and the macaroni and cheese certainly delivered on that front. Similarly, my other toddler relished the chicken tenders, particularly liking the honey mustard dressing. I agree with him - the dressing was indeed a standout, providing a delightful tanginess to the crispy chicken tenders.

Moving on to the adult selections, my husband opted for the Chicken BBQ Salad, and he found it to be a tasty choice. The combination of grilled chicken and barbecue flavors resulted in a flavorful and satisfying dish. As for me, I ordered the steak with sautéed green beans and cinnamon apples. The steak itself was good, meeting expectations for a well-prepared piece of meat. However, the standout component of the dish was undoubtedly the sautéed green beans, which were seasoned perfectly and added a vibrant and savory element to the plate. On the other hand, the cinnamon apples were decent but not extraordinary. They didn't quite reach the level of mind-blowing flavor, but they didn't disappoint either.

In terms of overall dining experience, the atmosphere at Shakers was pleasant and inviting. The staff members were attentive and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our visit. The restaurant's ambiance added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

While the majority of the dishes we tried were a hit, there were a few minor misses. The cinnamon apples, in particular, fell short of delivering an exceptional taste experience. Although they weren't bad, they didn't quite match the deliciousness of the other dishes we sampled.

Last time.we came to shakers with 10 Coworkers and was advised by the manager we didn't need a reservations. Just come.on in... this time.we arrived with 8 coworkers to celebrate a retirement and had to wait 20 mins for a table When I asked 10 minutes in about the table.i was told we had to.wait until our whole party arrived. We were then seated in the back.and had to wait another 10 minutes for drink orders. I order a crown n ginger. It arrived and was nothing but ginger ale. I asked one of my coworkers to taste it to verify I was tasting it correctly. She did and advised there was no crown in it. So when a waitress Jackie arrived I asked her to redo my drink because there was no crown in it. She took it then.brought it back to me within 5 minutes and stated that the bartender said if I wanted more crown in it I would have to order another shot. WOW is all I can say. First I am being charge for a drink with no crown then your going to charge me for a shot. Between the attitude of the hostess that I was interuppting her phone scrolling, the wait for the table, the wait for the drink order the attitude over the weak drink and then.being charged for an extra for a shot that should have originally been in the drink....I can state that Shakers will be the last place we come to from my govermental place of employment for a celebration. Horrible experience. The descriptions on the menu are inaccurate. I went and had lunch with my 86-year-old mother. We ordered salads. She ordered Cobb salad and I ordered the fried chicken salad, because the description says it's served on a bed of "mixed greens". I hate iceberg lettuce. When my salad came, I ate the fried chicken tenders, but complained, because the salad was nothing but iceberg and romaine lettuce. The young, so-called manager, named TJ, was very rude and unapologetic and told me that lettuce is mixed greens. He told me if I wasn't happy, I could go to cooperate, in which I did. I was truly embarrassed of how I was treated in front of my mother.

Update: I spoke to the owner Bob, he was super apologetic and embarrassed at how his employee treated us. He said the menu has been the same way for 30 plus years. We discussed how lettuce and mixed greens are NOT the same thing, and is misleading on the menu. I know after speaking with him that he will do the right thing.
