TERRIBLE staff!!!! This is the second time I am having to call corporate and the DM regarding the behavior of this location's staff. I have never dealt with a staff like this one! I am from FL and when you talk about a busy Starbucks, I mean busy. These4 guys can barely keep up with 5 cars in the frive thru and 7 in store! The customer is REALLY an inconvenience for them!! DO NOT get fooled by the 4.4 star. The customer service is ZERO! They will mess up your order, and when you ask them to remake it, they take offense to it. The two times I asked them to remake it I literally got yelled at! Today I asked one of the barista to remake my drink, he didnt even look at me and told me to wait. I waited for 10 minutes, no one checked or asked what the drink was! I then asked to talk to the manager, one of the baristas said she was upstairs and then this guy named Collin came out claiming he is the manager, and again, with an attidue and a high tone he asked what I need. When I told him I need a manager, he claimed to be the manager! If this guy is the manager of this location RIP Starbucks!!!! ZERO customer service!!! I belive it is good to boycott for a while!!! Read moreJust moved here four months ago. There is one person in particular who is the most unfriendly person. I have given her the benefit of doubt thinking maybe she having a rough time in life. Today will be the last time I will ever go there as long as she working. She has actually left me holding the credit card machine the whole time I was there several times. Too much to write on my experience. She handles you with handing your items and taking your money but immediately turns her back to you. Very rude. Like she’s miserable to be there. She gave me two chocolate pops that I did not order and would not respond when I tried to get her attention. Its so bad, my daughter and I feel like it’s personal. Read moreFor the past year or so I have been going to this Starbucks on Colonial Avenue, sometimes twice a week. I always order an iced shaken espersso. Only one girl is able to recall my order. This girl even calls me by name. She offers great service. She will say something like, "Hey Mike, great seeing you” which is really kind and amiable. The other employees can never recall my name, order, or anything else. Apart from that kind girl, I would like it if the other staff members made an effort to recall regulars. It's not difficult. You see me sometimes twice a week. Is it that difficult to recall that this guy likes iced shaken espresso? Additionally I once told a male employee that I was unhappy with the service, and he simply shrugged his shoulders and sighed deeply.
