This has, hands down, got to be the WORST location I've ever been to. Their drive through has been out of order for days for all but App Orders. There were (literally) double the amount of employees as customers, yet my simple dark roast took 8 minutes to come out. What happened as I hurriedly walked out to deliver this coffee to my family member in the hospital? Of course the lid wasn't pressed on properly by staff and scalding coffee got all over my hands.

To be honest I only stopped at this starbucks due to a flat tire after an incredibly long night shift at Carilion Hospital. However, an employee working there named Robert (working on March 27) came out to help me lift my 4runner with a terribly raggedy jack and refused to accept any kind of tip or payment in return. He was the only reason I tried this Starbucks, was superbly impressed by it, and will happily return before my future night shifts. The customer service was unmatched and beyond earned my loyalty.
