I really don't know why I continue to visit this particular Wendy's location on 460. Today was the third negative experience I've had there. The first was I went through the drive-thru and ordered a small chili and when I got to my destination to eat my chili it was all liquid with literally two beans and a couple of little pieces of meat. I went back and they did replace it but it was a huge inconvenience. The second time I went through the drive-thru again and ordered a baked potato and when I got home with the baked potato was about the size of a red skin potato. I didn't bother taking it back. Today I stopped on the way to my hike to have a hamburger and it seemed the girl working the counter was more interested in socializing with the other workers than taking my order. She did not even smile when she said hello and acted like the whole thing was just a big bother. in addition the ice machine was broken and there was no offer to put ice in my cup for the drink I ordered and it was one of the customers who told me that it was broken. So again when I went back to ask for ice she was very busy socializing with the other workers. I said something to her about it and as I walked away from the counter she mimicked how I had asked for her to do her job instead of talking to the other workers. Not a good experience. I wonder if others have had the same experience or if others even care. For me although I enjoy Wendy's chili and potatoes I will not go back...
Read moreThis is the worst location ive eve been too. I asked for a 4 for $4 jr bacon cheeseburger with no mayo nor tomatoe. When i get my order through the window, my burger was incorrect with mayo on my burger. I sent it back through the window drive thru. I tokd the manager or supervisor that my order was wrong. She tried to tell me what i had order and told me that there wasnt any mayo on my burger. She aurgued with me through the window with her employees were watching her actions. She was rude and sarcastic to me. When your a manager your not suppose to aurgue with the customer. The customer is always right. She should have apologized and said im sorry for the inconvenience, could my team make you a new sandwhich the correct way. She did handle herself as a leader. Ive called custer care and they told me the district manager lied and said they had given me a call to resolve this issue but they never did call me. Instead this wendys location is trying to protect someone who doesnt deserve their job title.. What the point of making a complaint when nobody calls to resolve the issue or doesnt even take out the time to hear or care for your complaint... Whats the point?! At this point the wenys cooperation doesnt care either because if they did then a complaint would be...

I saw the commercial for the strawberry frosty the day it came out and immediately went there to give it a try. Keep in mind this is 90 minutes to 2 hours before they close; it wasn’t near closing time. AND this isn’t McDonalds where “the ice cream machine is broken” all the time because they never have anyone order ice cream. This is Wendy’s, where a frosty is likely a common order especially in evenings after people have eaten dinner and want something sweet.
I pull into the drive-through and ask for a strawberry frosty after waiting an unnecessary amount of time with no one else in line, and I get the response “oh, um, uhhh, we’re out of frosties for tonight, it’s the managers call not mine”
This is just pure dishonesty as a product of laziness; there is no way they were out of strawberry frosty mix when it literally was just released. And given their lack of order volume that night it’s even more disappointing that they are too lazy to go out of their way to simply pour some ice cream into a small cup for a customer.
If the manager is too lazy to offer frosties then promote him to the...
