Gave another try on June 22, 2023 and worse now than before. At 9:00 in the evening looked like a zoo inside in fact a circus and zoo are done better. The manager is a frr ER male that may be 17 and has a little smart mouth and making comments to customers. McDonalds your prices are way to high for treatment from a smart mouth young punk that says she is the store manager. Never again going into this location especially to have treatment ftom a store manager that is mouthy. If you want bad service and sarcasm and a manager that is not trained in customer service this would be your place. But there are many other locations with adults that know how to be a manager. But will be going to the competition because the food is not worth the price
Robbinsdale this location has just completely gone downhill. Used to be good. Ordering they get wrong and food no longer tastes awesome like it once did. For 2 months now you cannot see the menu because the TV’s don’t work. If you cannot afford to fix them use the old menus like you did years back when McDonalds was good. Signs up tonight cash only and long ago they only wanted credit card. Completely done with this location if you can’t afford to fix your equipment and cannot fix equipment to use credit or debit the close down. Very disappointing to watch this location turn into this. Read moreI normally don’t leave reviews, but my recent visit to this McDonald’s left me very disappointed. First, I tried to use the McDonald’s app code for my order, and the location refused to accept it. This was frustrating because the app is supposed to make ordering more convenient, and not being able to use it completely defeated the purpose.
On top of that, I ordered three of the $5 meals, and every single one of them was missing the fries. That means all three meals were incomplete. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to go back and get it corrected, so I left with three incomplete meals that I had already paid for.
When someone is paying for a meal deal, the expectation is that it includes everything advertised — and something as basic as fries should never be forgotten, especially not in all three orders. Mistakes happen, but this showed a clear lack of attention to detail.
Overall, I left very disappointed. I rely on McDonald’s for a quick, reliable meal, but this experience was neither quick nor reliable. I hope management at this location addresses these issues, because as a customer, it’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive it.

Read moreIf I could put no stars I would, I had an absolutely terrible experience, I don't have a car at the moment and walked up at 9pm (the lobby is normally open until 10pm, when they still let people in fast food lobbys) the door has a doorbell with a note that read "ring for service if door is locked" I rang the doorbell at least 15 times over the span of the first hour I waited to be helped before someone came out, not to get my order but to give someone who had to pull forward their food, I attempted to order the large chocolate shake with extra whip cream and water I wanted and was told almost thirty minutes later while serving a different person that had pulled forward, that the manager had told them not to take my order, the employee did sneak out a large cup of water with the other persons order for me. I have money, im fully dressed, wearing clean clothes, and I wasn't over encumbered with things, and when I got there the lobby was still open, there was no reason why I should have been denied service.
