Starbucks — Restaurant in Robbinsdale

I just moved to Robbinsdale and was pleasantly surprised to see a starbucks about a block from my house. Unfortunately, this starbucks is consistently the worst i’ve been to in all of my years of drinking starbucks. 1) 99.8% of time there’s a long line that takes at least 10 minutes to get through (compared to maple grove and rogers location, i’ve always waited here a significantly greater amount of time). 2) ALWAYS overcharging and not giving the correct orders (i.e. I ordered a grande cold brew and it was $5 even, i usually get a trenta or venti and it’s cheaper than what my grande was, i did have them change it so it went down like 70 cents more, but not much) they also tend to give out iced coffee when i specifically ordered cold brew. 3) there’s many workers it seems that work here, but none can get it right. i highly suggest improving training as well as having employees know consistently what prices are for what drinks. I still continue to come to this starbucks since it is very convenient, but i would much rather walk into Hyvee across the street and get faster...

Best employee service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Live right across the street so I go here regularly. All these bad review comments are puzzling. The girls that work here have been nothing but nice to me. Ive seen them on a few occasions deal with customers with a horrible entitled attitude. One customer whispered a racist slur as he walked out. Let’s adress elephant in the room most these bad reviews are ppl who are racist themselves. This store is predominately run by African American women. The people in Robbinsdale need a reality check. Your in Hennepin county basically north mpls, move outta here if you have a problem with a certain group of ppl. I come here every day sometimes twice. I’m tired of you entitled folks disrespecting these girls. I no longer I’m gonna stand for it. Silently watching this I become apart of the problem. Overall unpleasant. I went through the drive thru and it took awhile before anyone came on the speaker and when he did, he sounded annoyed. I pull up to pay and get my 2 drinks; the Vanilla Latte was hot and I wanted it iced, so it had to be remade (no big deal). The guy at the window was the same guy with the annoyed attitude (I didn't get his name but he was a little bigger and had black nail polish). He remade the drink and I watched him try to get vanilla syrup pumps out of an empty bottle and then he gave up. He didn't get another bottle of Vanilla syrup or replace it with anything else, he just stopped and poured burnt espresso into the cup to finish making the Vanilla Latte. He didn't let me know they were out of syrup or anything either, I'm assuming he thought I wouldn't notice until I drove off. I paid for a Venti Vanilla Latte and I got a Venti burnt, bitter Latte...
