As I got to my local Taco Bell, I always order a checken chalupa WITH NO LETTUCE. I ordered my usual but when I got home, I open my chalupa and it went everywhere. First of all, they did not pack it correctly. It was like they just put the chalupa on the warping paper and barely put effort into it. The sour cream and cheese fell on the floor just cause of the wrapping.I opened my chalupa and I found a whole bunch of lettuce. I never asked for lettuce on my chalupa and I even did check my receipt.It did say “no lettuce”. I have had a similar issue before but I didn’t complain about it. I took a bite of my taco and the tortilla on the outside is cold. I’m normally used to it being lukewarm bout this is just freezing cold. Update: 8/28/2022 what's going on with this place. Went through the drive Thursday, ordered my food before work, driving down the road, a horrible mildew smell was in my car and when I got to work, I couldn't tell if it was the food or just the bag. I put it all in the garage. I can't get the mildew smell out of my nose now. Not hungry anymore. Well, I won't go here anymore. Update 12/12/22 Went Thur the drive thru and ordered my food. When I got to the window, he grabs my credit card, rings it in, just hands it back with no thank you, hands me my bag with no thank you, I had to ask for my drink. What happened to this place!!...
Read moreIt’s Taco Bell, so I expect fast food. What I did not expect is a HAIR wrapped around the tomatoes in my power bowl and the rude customer service from the MANAGER. When I returned and asked for my money back, the manger was rude and nasty. He wanted to see the hair— I showed it. He demanded my receipt but I didn’t receive one. And he served me at the drive-thru window. What was most disappointing was no longer a nasty hair & loss of appetite, nor was it going out of my way to make the return, but it was the manager’s lack of concern and unpleasantly abrasive behavior.
