I recently had a wonderful experience at Beyond Smoothie and Juicery that I feel compelled to share. As a busy parent, I often rely on quick and healthy options to fuel my day, and Beyond Smoothie and Juicery has become a go-to spot for me.

During my recent visit, I had ordered a delicious smoothie to enjoy while running errands with my toddler. Unfortunately, my little one accidentally dropped the smoothie, leaving me without a much-needed energy boost. However, the staff at Beyond Smoothie and Juicery went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

When I explained what had happened, the staff immediately expressed their concern and offered to replace my smoothie free of charge. I was incredibly grateful for their understanding and generosity. Not only did they replace my smoothie, but they also ensured it was prepared promptly, allowing me to continue with my day without any further delay.

I have been to a few beyond juicerys and this is the only one that constantly seems to mess up the food and drinks. Everyone is nice and the food and drinks are good, it’s not that. For example I ordered a smoothie about a week ago and there were chunks of spinach in it and it was as VERY icy. I have had this drink plenty of times and it is always smooth, no pieces in it. I got a chicken wrap today and it was barley wrapped. The food was barley edible because it was falling apart. Lastly I had a smoothie bowl as well today and it was very watery. Once again I’ve had this exact one a few times and it is always a thicker texture. I’m not sure if they are rushing and the food ends up this way or they need to be retrained. There is no need to rush though as I would rather wait for my $12 drink than receive...
