Original Buscemi's — Restaurant in Rochester Hills

Where do I start? Let’s start with the first initial phone call asking them what time they opened so that my place of business could place an lunch order for 8 people the following day, when the lady answered the phone was very short in her answer like I suppose to know what time they opened. The next morning we place the order for lunch…early to ensure we get the food in time for lunch. I requested the FAMILY meal deal that was posted on their website, when we called to place the order they denied every thing that they specified in the ad. The woman in the background was screaming to the guy who was taking our order over the phone, saying that the ad should have been taken down already. The guy did not want to give us the large salad in which in stated that the meal deal came with a large salad. They also changed the order from a 6 piece breadstick to a 3 piece breadsticks and when we asked them why didn’t we get the the 6 piece they told us we had to pay extra money for the other 3 breadsticks. They did not honor what was mentioned in the meal deal on the website. Customer service was unprofessional, and this luncheon was for a company meeting. We were very disappointed in the lack of knowledge of what was advertised in their website. When we picked up the order they weren’t very engaging, and when we asked for salad dressing they tried to give us two little pill cups of dressing for 8 people, and when we asked for extra dressing they only gave us two more little cups. So if you go to this restaurant make sure that you have the salad dressing, and make sure you get extra. So overall this experience was awful. I randomly discovered this place after work one day; I was in the area and needed to purchase some bourbon for a birthday gift. I started looking around, impressed with the selection, and the owner almost immediately came over and started explaining how he had recently ramped up his whiskey inventory. Real friendly guy, knowledgeable about tequilas and whiskeys - especially when it comes to Michigan availability. I've continued stopping in once a month, because the liquor is competitively priced and the owner continues to make a specific effort to carry more Michigan spirits. Best Pizza in Detroit.. or america in my opinion! I am still eating it and love it so much I needed to write this review. I traveled the US recently and came back to my hometown Detroit. This was the Pizza I was looking for. Most places I found over cooked their pizza, Not Buscemi's. It was Perfect! Its thicker and they put a good amount of sauce and it gives it the right zip!
