McDonald's — Restaurant in Rochester

Me and my girlfriend were excited mcdonalds was open Christmas day and very appreciative. We waited 20 min in the drive through line which was to be expected on Christmas morning since everyone was goimg there. So i get to the window to pick up my food and they had got my order wrong. I ordered a iced peppermint mocha and they gave me a hot. I toldnthem it was the wrong drink. The guy at the window told me he was sure there was a price differnce. I was like just make it right and ill pay for what i ordered. He looked at me with disgust and told me he wasnt sure what to do. What apeared to be the manager on duty told him to fix it . He told me to pull up and he would.bring it out to me. So i did. I waited another 20 minutes. This time i went inside and there was nobody at the counter. Just a bunch of custo.er waiting and getting impatient. The same guy at the window pushed his way passed me and another customer and said excuse me this lady has been waiting a long time for her drink. I was like i been waiting 40 minutes at this point. The other girl behind the counter asked me what i wanted then disappears. The lady infrontnof me ask how long does it take to make 2 hashbrowns and a.cup of coffee. Thenguy at the window told her she would have to keep it down or leave. She wasnt even being loud i told him. I still hadnt got my drink and decided i wasnt going to get it. Got in my car looked in my bag andnit wasnt even my order . This was all so comical but i know ill never return there. Ive contacted Mcdonalds twice including thensurveynon the reciept and no reply.I Repeat do not give this Mcdonalds any buisness it is very unorganized and poorly managed. I have been here several times, and my experience is usually never positive, but this morning's experience has compelled me to write a review. I pulled into the drive thru at 6:15am to be greeted with an announcement that the cashier could not accept CASH, only cards this morning. A very puzzling announcement, but I had a card, so I proceeded with the order. I get to the window and pay, and pull forward to the window to get my food. The employee at the window said they hadn't been busy and needed to prepare fresh hash browns and asked me to pull up as they would be done in 3.5 minutes. So I pulled up to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait some more. After 15 minutes I got tired of waiting, so I pulled up to a parking spot to go into the restaurant to see if my order was forgotten. As I got out of my vehicle, a woman came out with the food, apologizing for the delay. She indicated that they put in an additional hash brown and an apple pie in my order for my trouble. The first hash brown was warm, but not hot, and was WAY overcooked to the point that it was hard. The 2nd was exactly the same. So after nearly 20 minutes of waiting for a hash brown I get not one but two overcooked potato bricks? Like most others, if I could give zero stars, I would. This particular McDonald's ALWAYS seems to have issues. It has sister sites in Nappanee and Syracuse that have the same issues. A Harry Smith I believe owns all of these McDonald's and I am convinced that because all these have the same problems, that this owner may have something to do with the issues. Don't waste your time eating at this restaurant. Go to the McDonald's in Argos. Much better service and the food is...

Zero stars. My brother and I walked in. We saw about 6 maybe 7 people waiting for there order. One person ordering his food then we we next to order. As the gentlemen in front of us was ordering the second person in line waiting for there food got there order (not the first person). My brother made his order. Then the third person in line waiting for there food got there's (not the first person). That third persons order was not right that got handed to them. Then the forth person got there order they just walked out. Not sure if the order they got was right. From the look on there face I think they were just glad they got anything. Needless to say don't think I will ever visit this place again. The person that was waiting for there food when we got there final got her food after strongly voicing her opinion and complaining that she had been waiting on her food for 30 min. Then my brother and I out food and the guy that order before us hadn't even got his drink let alone his food. Then another couple was walking in as my brother and I were leaving everyone in there looked at them including us and said go to burger king. Seriously you don't want order here. You wait 25 min. For your order, then it is more than likely going to be the wrong order. Then...
